15 猶大支派按著家族抽籤所得的地業，是極南的部分，達到以東的邊境，去到南邊尋的曠野。 2 他們南方的疆界是從鹽海的極南部分起，就是從南邊的海灣起； 3 伸到亞克拉濱山坡的南邊，經過尋，上到加低斯．巴尼亞的南邊，又經過希斯崙，再上到亞達珥，繞過甲加， 4 經過押們，伸展到埃及河，疆界直通到海；這就是他們（按照《馬索拉文本》，“他們”作“你們”；現參照《七十士譯本》翻譯）南方的疆界。 5 東方的疆界是從鹽海直到約旦河口。北方的疆界是從約旦河口的海灣起， 6 上到伯．曷拉，經過伯．亞拉巴的北邊，再上到流本的兒子波罕的磐石那裡； 7 又從亞割谷上到底璧，再北轉到河的南邊亞都冥山坡對面的吉甲去；又經過隱．示麥水泉，直通到隱．羅結； 8 再上到欣嫩子谷，到達耶布斯南面的山坡，耶布斯就是耶路撒冷；又上到欣嫩子谷西邊的山頂，就是在利乏音的北端； 9 又從山頂轉到尼弗多亞的水泉，伸展到以弗崙山的眾城；又轉到巴拉，巴拉就是基列．耶琳； 10 又從巴拉向西繞到西珥山，經過耶琳山坡的北邊，耶琳就是基撒崙；又下到伯．示麥，經過亭納； 11 伸展到以革倫北面的山坡，轉到施基崙，經過巴拉山，伸展到雅比聶，直通到海為止。 12 西方的疆界就是大海和海岸。這是猶大人按著家族所得四圍的境界。
迦勒攻得之地(A)
13 約書亞照著耶和華所吩咐的，把猶大人的一份地業，就是基列．亞巴，分給了耶孚尼的兒子迦勒；亞巴是亞衲人的祖先。基列．亞巴就是希伯崙。 14 迦勒把亞衲人的三個子孫，就是示篩、亞希幔、撻買，從那裡趕出去；他們是亞衲人的後代。 15 他又從那裡上去攻擊底璧的居民；底璧從前名叫基列．西弗。 16 迦勒說：“誰能攻打基列．西弗，把基列．西弗奪取，我就把我的女兒押撒給他作妻子。” 17 迦勒的兄弟基納斯的兒子俄陀聶奪取了那城，迦勒就把女兒押撒給他作妻子。 18 押撒出嫁的時候，慫恿丈夫向她父親求一塊田地；押撒一下驢，迦勒問她：“你要甚麼？” 19 她回答：“求你給我祝福；你既然把南地給了我，求你也把水泉給我。”她父親就把上泉和下泉都給了她。

20 以下是猶大支派按著家族所得的產業。 21 猶大支派極南邊的眾城，接近以東邊界的，有：甲薛、以得、雅姑珥、 22 基拿、底摩拿、亞大達、 23 基低斯、夏瑣、以提楠、 24 西弗、提鍊、比亞綠、 25 夏瑣．哈大他、加略．希斯崙（加略．希斯崙就是夏瑣）、 26 亞曼、示瑪、摩拉大、 27 哈薩．迦大、黑實門、伯．帕列、 28 哈薩．書亞、別是巴、比斯約他、 29 巴拉、以因、以森、 30 伊勒多臘、基失、何珥瑪、 31 洗革拉、麥連拿、三撒拿、 32 利巴勿、實忻、亞因、臨門，共二十九座城，還有屬於這些城的村莊。
33 在高原有以實陶、瑣拉、亞實拿、 34 撒挪亞、隱．干寧、他普亞、以楠、 35 耶末、亞杜蘭、梭哥、亞西加、 36 沙拉音、亞底他音、基底拉、基底羅他音，共十四座城，還有屬於這些城的村莊。
37 又有洗楠、哈大沙、麥大．迦得、 38 底連、米斯巴、約帖、 39 拉吉、波斯加、伊磯倫、 40 迦本、拉幔、基提利、 41 基低羅、伯．大袞、拿瑪、瑪基大，共十六座城，還有屬於這些城的村莊。
42 又有立拿、以帖、亞珊、 43 益弗他、亞實拿、尼悉、 44 基伊拉、亞革悉、瑪利沙，共九座城，還有屬於這些城的村莊。
45 又有以革倫，和屬於以革倫的市鎮村莊； 46 從以革倫直到海，所有靠近亞實突的城和屬於這些城的村莊。
47 亞實突和屬於亞實突的市鎮村莊；迦薩和屬於迦薩的市鎮村莊；直到埃及小河和大海沿岸的地方。
48 在山地有沙密、雅提珥、梭哥、 49 大拿、基列．薩拿（基列．薩拿就是底璧）、 50 亞拿伯、以實提莫、亞念、 51 歌珊、何倫、基羅，共十一座城，還有屬於這些城的村莊。

15 Y FUÉ la suerte de la tribu de los hijos de Judá, por sus familias, junto al término de Edom, del desierto de Zin al mediodía, al lado del sur.
2 Y su término de la parte del mediodía fué desde la costa del mar Salado, desde la lengua que mira hacia el mediodía;
3 Y salía hacia el mediodía á la subida de Acrabim, pasando hasta Zin; y subiendo por el mediodía hasta Cades-barnea, pasaba á Hebrón, y subiendo por Addar daba vuelta á Carca;
4 De allí pasaba á Azmón, y salía al arroyo de Egipto; y sale este término al occidente. Este pues os será el término del mediodía.
5 El término del oriente es el mar Salado hasta el fin del Jordán. Y el término de la parte del norte, desde la lengua del mar, desde el fin del Jordán:
6 Y sube este término por Beth-hogla, y pasa del norte á Beth-araba, y de aquí sube este término á la piedra de Bohán, hijo de Rubén.
7 Y torna á subir este término á Debir desde el valle de Achôr: y al norte mira sobre Gilgal, que está delante de la subida de Adumin, la cual está al mediodía del arroyo: y pasa este término á las aguas de En-semes, y sale á la fuente de Rogel:
8 Y sube este término por el valle del hijo de Hinnom al lado del Jebuseo al mediodía: esta es Jerusalem. Luego sube este término por la cumbre del monte que está delante del valle de Hinnom hacia el occidente, el cual está al cabo del valle de los gigantes al norte:
9 Y rodea este término desde la cumbre del monte hasta la fuente de las aguas de Nephtoa, y sale á la ciudades del monte de Ephrón, rodeando luego el mismo término á Baala, la cual es Chîriath-jearim.
10 Después torna este término desde Baala hacia el occidente al monte de Seir: y pasa al lado del monte de Jearim hacia el norte, esta es Chesalón, y desciende á Beth-semes, y pasa á Timna.
11 Sale luego este término al lado de Ecrón hacia el norte; y rodea el mismo término á Sichêron, y pasa por el monte de Baala, y sale á Jabneel: y sale este término á la mar.
12 El término del occidente es la mar grande. Este pues, es el término de los hijos de Judá en derredor, por sus familias.
13 Mas á Caleb, hijo de Jephone, dió parte entre los hijos de Judá, conforme al mandamiento de Jehová á Josué: esto es, á Chîriath-arba, del padre de Anac, que es Hebrón.
14 Y Caleb echó de allí tres hijos de Anac, á Sesai, Aiman, y Talmai, hijos de Anac.
15 De aquí subió á los que moraban en Debir: y el nombre de Debir era antes Chîriath-sepher.
16 Y dijo Caleb: Al que hiriere á Chîriath-sepher, y la tomare, yo le daré á mi hija Axa por mujer.
17 Y tomóla Othoniel, hijo de Cenez, hermano de Caleb; y él le dió por mujer á su hija Axa.
18 Y aconteció que cuando la llevaba, él la persuadió que pidiese á su padre tierras para labrar. Ella entonces se apeó del asno. Y Caleb le dijo: ¿Qué tienes?
19 Y ella respondió: Dame bendición: pues que me has dado tierra de secadal, dame también fuentes de aguas. El entonces le dió las fuentes de arriba, y las de abajo.
20 Esta pues es la herencia de las tribu de los hijos de Judá por sus familias.

15 This then was the lot of the tribe of the children of Judah by their families; even to the border of Edom the wilderness of Zin southward was the uttermost part of the south coast.
2 And their south border was from the shore of the salt sea, from the bay that looketh southward:
3 And it went out to the south side to Maalehacrabbim, and passed along to Zin, and ascended up on the south side unto Kadeshbarnea, and passed along to Hezron, and went up to Adar, and fetched a compass to Karkaa:
4 From thence it passed toward Azmon, and went out unto the river of Egypt; and the goings out of that coast were at the sea: this shall be your south coast.
5 And the east border was the salt sea, even unto the end of Jordan. And their border in the north quarter was from the bay of the sea at the uttermost part of Jordan:
6 And the border went up to Bethhogla, and passed along by the north of Betharabah; and the border went up to the stone of Bohan the son of Reuben:
7 And the border went up toward Debir from the valley of Achor, and so northward, looking toward Gilgal, that is before the going up to Adummim, which is on the south side of the river: and the border passed toward the waters of Enshemesh, and the goings out thereof were at Enrogel:
8 And the border went up by the valley of the son of Hinnom unto the south side of the Jebusite; the same is Jerusalem: and the border went up to the top of the mountain that lieth before the valley of Hinnom westward, which is at the end of the valley of the giants northward:
9 And the border was drawn from the top of the hill unto the fountain of the water of Nephtoah, and went out to the cities of mount Ephron; and the border was drawn to Baalah, which is Kirjathjearim:
10 And the border compassed from Baalah westward unto mount Seir, and passed along unto the side of mount Jearim, which is Chesalon, on the north side, and went down to Bethshemesh, and passed on to Timnah:
11 And the border went out unto the side of Ekron northward: and the border was drawn to Shicron, and passed along to mount Baalah, and went out unto Jabneel; and the goings out of the border were at the sea.
12 And the west border was to the great sea, and the coast thereof. This is the coast of the children of Judah round about according to their families.
13 And unto Caleb the son of Jephunneh he gave a part among the children of Judah, according to the commandment of the Lord to Joshua, even the city of Arba the father of Anak, which city is Hebron.
14 And Caleb drove thence the three sons of Anak, Sheshai, and Ahiman, and Talmai, the children of Anak.
15 And he went up thence to the inhabitants of Debir: and the name of Debir before was Kirjathsepher.
16 And Caleb said, He that smiteth Kirjathsepher, and taketh it, to him will I give Achsah my daughter to wife.
17 And Othniel the son of Kenaz, the brother of Caleb, took it: and he gave him Achsah his daughter to wife.
18 And it came to pass, as she came unto him, that she moved him to ask of her father a field: and she lighted off her ass; and Caleb said unto her, What wouldest thou?
19 Who answered, Give me a blessing; for thou hast given me a south land; give me also springs of water. And he gave her the upper springs, and the nether springs.
20 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Judah according to their families.
21 And the uttermost cities of the tribe of the children of Judah toward the coast of Edom southward were Kabzeel, and Eder, and Jagur,
22 And Kinah, and Dimonah, and Adadah,
23 And Kedesh, and Hazor, and Ithnan,

The Land of Judah
15 So this was the [a]lot of the tribe of the children of Judah according to their families:
(A)The border of Edom at the (B)Wilderness of Zin southward was the extreme southern boundary. 2 And their (C)southern border began at the shore of the Salt Sea, from the bay that faces southward. 3 Then it went out to the southern side of (D)the Ascent of Akrabbim, passed along to Zin, ascended on the south side of Kadesh Barnea, passed along to Hezron, went up to Adar, and went around to Karkaa. 4 From there it passed (E)toward Azmon and went out to the Brook of Egypt; and the border ended at the sea. This shall be your southern border.
5 The east border was the Salt Sea as far as the mouth of the Jordan.
And the (F)border on the northern quarter began at the bay of the sea at the mouth of the Jordan. 6 The border went up to (G)Beth Hoglah and passed north of Beth Arabah; and the border went up (H)to the stone of Bohan the son of Reuben. 7 Then the border went up toward (I)Debir from (J)the Valley of Achor, and it turned northward toward Gilgal, which is before the Ascent of Adummim, which is on the south side of the valley. The border continued toward the waters of En Shemesh and ended at (K)En Rogel. 8 And the border went up (L)by the Valley of the Son of Hinnom to the southern slope of the (M)Jebusite city (which is Jerusalem). The border went up to the top of the mountain that lies before the Valley of Hinnom westward, which is at the end of the Valley (N)of [b]Rephaim northward. 9 Then the border went around from the top of the hill to (O)the fountain of the water of Nephtoah, and extended to the cities of Mount Ephron. And the border went around (P)to Baalah (which is (Q)Kirjath Jearim). 10 Then the border [c]turned westward from Baalah to Mount Seir, passed along to the side of Mount Jearim on the north (which is Chesalon), went down to Beth Shemesh, and passed on to (R)Timnah. 11 And the border went out to the side of (S)Ekron northward. Then the border went around to Shicron, passed along to Mount Baalah, and extended to Jabneel; and the border ended at the sea.
12 The west border was (T)the coastline of the Great Sea. This is the boundary of the children of Judah all around according to their families.
Caleb Occupies Hebron and Debir(U)
13 (V)Now to Caleb the son of Jephunneh he gave a share among the children of (W)Judah, according to the commandment of the Lord to Joshua, namely, (X)Kirjath Arba, which is Hebron (Arba was the father of Anak). 14 Caleb drove out (Y)the three sons of Anak from there: (Z)Sheshai, Ahiman, and Talmai, the children of Anak. 15 Then (AA)he went up from there to the inhabitants of Debir (formerly the name of Debir was Kirjath Sepher).
16 (AB)And Caleb said, “He who [d]attacks Kirjath Sepher and takes it, to him I will give Achsah my daughter as wife.” 17 So (AC)Othniel the (AD)son of Kenaz, the brother of Caleb, took it; and he gave him (AE)Achsah his daughter as wife. 18 (AF)Now it was so, when she came to him, that she persuaded him to ask her father for a field. So (AG)she dismounted from her donkey, and Caleb said to her, “What do you wish?” 19 She answered, “Give me a (AH)blessing; since you have given me land in the South, give me also springs of water.” So he gave her the upper springs and the lower springs.

20 This was the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Judah according to their families:
21 The cities at the limits of the tribe of the children of Judah, toward the border of Edom in the South, were Kabzeel, (AI)Eder, Jagur, 22 Kinah, Dimonah, Adadah, 23 Kedesh, Hazor, Ithnan, 24 (AJ)Ziph, Telem, Bealoth, 25 Hazor, Hadattah, Kerioth, Hezron (which is Hazor), 26 Amam, Shema, Moladah, 27 Hazar Gaddah, Heshmon, Beth Pelet, 28 Hazar Shual, (AK)Beersheba, Bizjothjah, 29 Baalah, Ijim, Ezem, 30 Eltolad, Chesil, (AL)Hormah, 31 (AM)Ziklag, Madmannah, Sansannah, 32 Lebaoth, Shilhim, Ain, and (AN)Rimmon: all the cities are twenty-nine, with their villages.
