3 I will give you every place where you set your foot,(A) as I promised Moses.(B) 4 Your territory will extend from the desert to Lebanon,(C) and from the great river, the Euphrates(D)—all the Hittite(E) country—to the Mediterranean Sea in the west.(F) 5 No one will be able to stand against you(G) all the days of your life. 4 From the wilderness and this Lebanon even unto the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and unto the great sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your coast.
5 There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.
