24 全 能 者 既 定 期 罚 恶 ， 为 何 不 使 认 识 他 的 人 看 见 那 日 子 呢 ？
2 有 人 挪 移 地 界 ， 抢 夺 群 畜 而 牧 养 。
3 他 们 拉 去 孤 儿 的 驴 ， 强 取 寡 妇 的 牛 为 当 头 。
4 他 们 使 穷 人 离 开 正 道 ； 世 上 的 贫 民 尽 都 隐 藏 。
5 这 些 贫 穷 人 如 同 野 驴 出 到 旷 野 ， 殷 勤 寻 找 食 物 ； 他 们 靠 着 野 地 给 儿 女 糊 口 ，
6 收 割 别 人 田 间 的 禾 稼 ， 摘 取 恶 人 馀 剩 的 葡 萄 ，
7 终 夜 赤 身 无 衣 ， 天 气 寒 冷 毫 无 遮 盖 ，
8 在 山 上 被 大 雨 淋 湿 ， 因 没 有 避 身 之 处 就 挨 近 磐 石 。
9 又 有 人 从 母 怀 中 抢 夺 孤 儿 ， 强 取 穷 人 的 衣 服 为 当 头 ，
10 使 人 赤 身 无 衣 ， 到 处 流 行 ， 且 因 饥 饿 扛 抬 禾 捆 ，
11 在 那 些 人 的 围 墙 内 造 油 ， ? 酒 ， 自 己 还 口 渴 。
12 在 多 民 的 城 内 有 人 唉 哼 ， 受 伤 的 人 哀 号 ； 神 却 不 理 会 那 恶 人 的 愚 妄 。
13 又 有 人 背 弃 光 明 ， 不 认 识 光 明 的 道 ， 不 住 在 光 明 的 路 上 。
14 杀 人 的 黎 明 起 来 ， 杀 害 困 苦 穷 乏 人 ， 夜 间 又 作 盗 贼 。
15 奸 夫 等 候 黄 昏 ， 说 ： 必 无 眼 能 见 我 ， 就 把 脸 蒙 蔽 。
16 盗 贼 黑 夜 挖 窟 窿 ； 白 日 躲 藏 ， 并 不 认 识 光 明 。
17 他 们 看 早 晨 如 幽 暗 ， 因 为 他 们 晓 得 幽 暗 的 惊 骇 。
18 这 些 恶 人 犹 如 浮 萍 快 快 飘 去 。 他 们 所 得 的 分 在 世 上 被 咒 诅 ； 他 们 不 得 再 走 葡 萄 园 的 路 。
19 乾 旱 炎 热 消 没 雪 水 ； 阴 间 也 如 此 消 没 犯 罪 之 辈 。
20 怀 他 的 母 （ 原 文 是 胎 ） 要 忘 记 他 ； 虫 子 要 吃 他 ， 觉 得 甘 甜 ； 他 不 再 被 人 记 念 。 不 义 的 人 必 如 树 折 断 。
21 他 恶 待 （ 或 译 ： 他 吞 灭 ） 不 怀 孕 不 生 养 的 妇 人 ， 不 善 待 寡 妇 。
22 然 而 神 用 能 力 保 全 有 势 力 的 人 ； 那 性 命 难 保 的 人 仍 然 兴 起 。
23 神 使 他 们 安 稳 ， 他 们 就 有 所 倚 靠 ； 神 的 眼 目 也 看 顾 他 们 的 道 路 。
24 他 们 被 高 举 ， 不 过 片 时 就 没 有 了 ； 他 们 降 为 卑 ， 被 除 灭 ， 与 众 人 一 样 ， 又 如 谷 穗 被 割 。
25 若 不 是 这 样 ， 谁 能 证 实 我 是 说 谎 的 ， 将 我 的 言 语 驳 为 虚 空 呢 ？

24 「全能者為何不定下審判的日期？
為何信靠祂的人要空等一場？
2 惡人挪移界石，
搶奪羊群去牧養。
3 他們牽走孤兒的驢，
強取寡婦的牛作抵押。
4 他們把貧民趕離正路，
地上的窮人被迫東躲西藏。
5 貧窮的人如荒漠中的野驢，
殷勤覓食，給兒女糊口。
6 他們割田間的草料，
摘惡人剩餘的葡萄。
7 他們整夜赤身露體，
沒有被子可以禦寒。
8 他們被山雨澆透，
只能在岩石下棲身。
9 惡人奪去寡母懷中的孤兒，
強取窮人的孩子作抵押，
10 使他們赤身露體地流浪，
餓著肚子扛禾捆。
11 他們在惡人的橄欖林中榨油，
口乾舌燥地在酒池踩踏。
12 城中傳來垂死之人的呻吟，
受傷者不斷呼救，
上帝卻置之不理。
13 「有人與光明為敵，
不認識光明之道，
也不走光明之路。
14 兇手黎明起來，
殺害貧苦的人，
夜晚又去做賊。
15 姦夫的眼睛盼著黃昏，
心想，『沒人會看見我』，
並把臉蒙起來。
16 盜賊夜間挖牆行竊，
日間躲藏起來，
不想認識光明。
17 他們以晝作夜，
熟知黑夜的恐怖。
18 「惡人如水上的泡沫。
他們的產業遭咒詛，
他們的葡萄園荒蕪。
19 陰間吞噬犯罪之人，
如同乾熱吞噬融雪。
20 他們的生母忘記他們，
蟲子在他們身上飽餐。
沒有人再記得他們，
惡人像樹木一樣折斷。
21 他們惡待不育的婦人，
毫不善待寡婦。
22 但上帝用大能擄走權貴，
他們再強大也難保性命。
23 上帝讓他們暫享安逸，
但他們逃不過祂的眼睛。
24 他們一時得勢，轉瞬消逝；
他們淪為卑賤，像其他人一樣滅亡，
像麥穗一樣被割掉。
25 我說的都是實情，誰能否認？
誰能證明我的話是空談？」

24 “Why does the Almighty not set times(A) for judgment?(B)
Why must those who know him look in vain for such days?(C)
2 There are those who move boundary stones;(D)
they pasture flocks they have stolen.(E)
3 They drive away the orphan’s donkey
and take the widow’s ox in pledge.(F)
4 They thrust the needy(G) from the path
and force all the poor(H) of the land into hiding.(I)
5 Like wild donkeys(J) in the desert,
the poor go about their labor(K) of foraging food;
the wasteland(L) provides food for their children.
6 They gather fodder(M) in the fields
and glean in the vineyards(N) of the wicked.(O)
7 Lacking clothes, they spend the night naked;
they have nothing to cover themselves in the cold.(P)
8 They are drenched(Q) by mountain rains
and hug(R) the rocks for lack of shelter.(S)
9 The fatherless(T) child is snatched(U) from the breast;
the infant of the poor is seized(V) for a debt.(W)
10 Lacking clothes, they go about naked;(X)
they carry the sheaves,(Y) but still go hungry.
11 They crush olives among the terraces[a];
they tread the winepresses,(Z) yet suffer thirst.(AA)
12 The groans of the dying rise from the city,
and the souls of the wounded cry out for help.(AB)
But God charges no one with wrongdoing.(AC)
13 “There are those who rebel against the light,(AD)
who do not know its ways
or stay in its paths.(AE)
14 When daylight is gone, the murderer rises up,
kills(AF) the poor and needy,(AG)
and in the night steals forth like a thief.(AH)
15 The eye of the adulterer(AI) watches for dusk;(AJ)
he thinks, ‘No eye will see me,’(AK)
and he keeps his face concealed.
16 In the dark, thieves break into houses,(AL)
but by day they shut themselves in;
they want nothing to do with the light.(AM)
17 For all of them, midnight is their morning;
they make friends with the terrors(AN) of darkness.(AO)
18 “Yet they are foam(AP) on the surface of the water;(AQ)
their portion of the land is cursed,(AR)
so that no one goes to the vineyards.(AS)
19 As heat and drought snatch away the melted snow,(AT)
so the grave(AU) snatches away those who have sinned.
20 The womb forgets them,
the worm(AV) feasts on them;(AW)
the wicked are no longer remembered(AX)
but are broken like a tree.(AY)
21 They prey on the barren and childless woman,
and to the widow they show no kindness.(AZ)
22 But God drags away the mighty by his power;(BA)
though they become established,(BB) they have no assurance of life.(BC)
23 He may let them rest in a feeling of security,(BD)
but his eyes(BE) are on their ways.(BF)
24 For a little while they are exalted, and then they are gone;(BG)
they are brought low and gathered up like all others;(BH)
they are cut off like heads of grain.(BI)
25 “If this is not so, who can prove me false
and reduce my words to nothing?”(BJ)
