2 他的門徒問他，說：「拉比，這個人生來就瞎眼，是誰犯了罪？是這個人，還是他的父母呢？」
3 耶穌回答：「既不是這個人犯了罪，也不是他的父母犯了罪，而是要讓神的作為顯明在他身上。 4 趁著白晝，我們[a]必須做那派我來者的工作；黑夜就要到了！那時候就沒有人能做工了。

2 His disciples asked him, “Rabbi,(A) who sinned,(B) this man(C) or his parents,(D) that he was born blind?”
3 “Neither this man nor his parents sinned,” said Jesus, “but this happened so that the works of God might be displayed in him.(E) 4 As long as it is day,(F) we must do the works of him who sent me. Night is coming, when no one can work.
