⁶⁶從此，很多門徒離開了，不再跟從耶穌。

⁶⁷於是耶穌問那十二個門徒：「你們也要離開我嗎？」

⁶⁸西門·彼得答道：「主啊！你有永生之道，我們還跟從誰呢？

Ang Salita ng Diyos

⁶⁶Mula noon marami sa kaniyang mga alagad ang bumalik at hindi na sumama sa kaniya.

⁶⁷Kaya nga, sinabi ni Jesus sa labindalawa: Nais din ba ninyong umalis?

⁶⁸Sumagot sa kaniya si Simon Pedro: Panginoon, kanino kami pupunta? Nasa iyo ang mga salita ng walang hanggang buhay.

⁶⁶From this time many of his disciples^(A) turned back and no longer followed him.

⁶⁷“You do not want to leave too, do you?” Jesus asked the Twelve.^(B)

⁶⁸Simon Peter answered him,^(C) “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life.^(D)

⁶⁶From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.

⁶⁷Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away?

⁶⁸Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.
