29 耶穌對他說：「你因為看到了我才信嗎？那沒有看到就信的人，是蒙福的。」
本書的目的
30 事實上，耶穌在他的門徒們面前還行了很多別的神蹟，沒有記在這部書裡。 31 但這些事被記下來，是要你們相信耶穌就是基督、是神的兒子；並且使你們因著信，就奉他的名有生命。

29 Then Jesus told him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed;(A) blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”(B)
The Purpose of John’s Gospel
30 Jesus performed many other signs(C) in the presence of his disciples, which are not recorded in this book.(D) 31 But these are written that you may believe[a](E) that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God,(F) and that by believing you may have life in his name.(G)
