10 你豈不是像籬笆一樣四面保護他及其全家和一切產業嗎？你使他事事蒙福，牛羊遍地。 11 倘若你伸手毀壞他擁有的一切，他必當面褻瀆你。」 12 耶和華對撒旦說：「好吧，他的一切都在你手中，但不可傷害他。」撒旦便從耶和華面前退去。

10 “Have you not put a hedge(A) around him and his household and everything he has?(B) You have blessed the work of his hands, so that his flocks and herds are spread throughout the land.(C) 11 But now stretch out your hand and strike everything he has,(D) and he will surely curse you to your face.”(E)
12 The Lord said to Satan, “Very well, then, everything he has(F) is in your power, but on the man himself do not lay a finger.”(G)
Then Satan went out from the presence of the Lord.

12 And the Lord said to Satan, “Behold, all that he has is in your [c]power; only do not lay a hand on his person.”
So Satan went out from the presence of the Lord.
