10 所 羅 門 的 箴 言 ： 智 慧 之 子 使 父 親 歡 樂 ； 愚 昧 之 子 叫 母 親 擔 憂 。
2 不 義 之 財 毫 無 益 處 ； 惟 有 公 義 能 救 人 脫 離 死 亡 。
3 耶 和 華 不 使 義 人 受 飢 餓 ； 惡 人 所 欲 的 ， 他 必 推 開 。
4 手 懶 的 ， 要 受 貧 窮 ； 手 勤 的 ， 卻 要 富 足 。
5 夏 天 聚 斂 的 ， 是 智 慧 之 子 ； 收 割 時 沉 睡 的 ， 是 貽 羞 之 子 。
6 福 祉 臨 到 義 人 的 頭 ； 強 暴 蒙 蔽 惡 人 的 口 。
7 義 人 的 紀 念 被 稱 讚 ； 惡 人 的 名 字 必 朽 爛 。
8 心 中 智 慧 的 ， 必 受 命 令 ； 口 裡 愚 妄 的 ， 必 致 傾 倒 。
9 行 正 直 路 的 ， 步 步 安 穩 ； 走 彎 曲 道 的 ， 必 致 敗 露 。
10 以 眼 傳 神 的 ， 使 人 憂 患 ； 口 裡 愚 妄 的 ， 必 致 傾 倒 。
11 義 人 的 口 是 生 命 的 泉 源 ； 強 暴 蒙 蔽 惡 人 的 口 。
12 恨 能 挑 啟 爭 端 ； 愛 能 遮 掩 一 切 過 錯 。
13 明 哲 人 嘴 裡 有 智 慧 ； 無 知 人 背 上 受 刑 杖 。
14 智 慧 人 積 存 知 識 ； 愚 妄 人 的 口 速 致 敗 壞 。
15 富 戶 的 財 物 是 他 的 堅 城 ； 窮 人 的 貧 乏 是 他 的 敗 壞 。
16 義 人 的 勤 勞 致 生 ； 惡 人 的 進 項 致 死 （ 死 ： 原 文 是 罪 ） 。
17 謹 守 訓 誨 的 ， 乃 在 生 命 的 道 上 ； 違 棄 責 備 的 ， 便 失 迷 了 路 。
18 隱 藏 怨 恨 的 ， 有 說 謊 的 嘴 ； 口 出 讒 謗 的 ， 是 愚 妄 的 人 。
19 多 言 多 語 難 免 有 過 ； 禁 止 嘴 唇 是 有 智 慧 。
20 義 人 的 舌 乃 似 高 銀 ； 惡 人 的 心 所 值 無 幾 。
21 義 人 的 口 教 養 多 人 ； 愚 昧 人 因 無 知 而 死 亡 。
22 耶 和 華 所 賜 的 福 使 人 富 足 ， 並 不 加 上 憂 慮 。
23 愚 妄 人 以 行 惡 為 戲 耍 ； 明 哲 人 卻 以 智 慧 為 樂 。
24 惡 人 所 怕 的 ， 必 臨 到 他 ； 義 人 所 願 的 ， 必 蒙 應 允 。
25 暴 風 一 過 ， 惡 人 歸 於 無 有 ； 義 人 的 根 基 卻 是 永 久 。
26 懶 惰 人 叫 差 他 的 人 如 醋 倒 牙 ， 如 煙 薰 目 。
27 敬 畏 耶 和 華 使 人 日 子 加 多 ； 但 惡 人 的 年 歲 必 被 減 少 。
28 義 人 的 盼 望 必 得 喜 樂 ； 惡 人 的 指 望 必 致 滅 沒 。
29 耶 和 華 的 道 是 正 直 人 的 保 障 ， 卻 成 了 作 孽 人 的 敗 壞 。
30 義 人 永 不 挪 移 ； 惡 人 不 得 住 在 地 上 。
31 義 人 的 口 滋 生 智 慧 ； 乖 謬 的 舌 必 被 割 斷 。
32 義 人 的 嘴 能 令 人 喜 悅 ； 惡 人 的 口 說 乖 謬 的 話 。

10 Proverbios de Salomón:
El hijo sabio es la alegría de su padre;
el hijo necio es el pesar de su madre.
2 Las riquezas mal habidas no sirven de nada,
pero la justicia libra de la muerte.
3 El Señor no deja sin comer al justo,
pero frustra la ambición de los malvados.
4 Las manos ociosas conducen a la pobreza;
las manos diligentes atraen riquezas.
5 El hijo prevenido se abastece en el verano,
pero el sinvergüenza duerme en tiempo de cosecha.
6 El justo se ve coronado de bendiciones,
pero la boca del malvado encubre violencia.
7 La memoria de los justos es una bendición,
pero la fama de los malvados se pudrirá.
8 El sabio de corazón acata los mandamientos,
pero el de palabras tontas va camino al desastre.
9 Quien se conduce con integridad anda seguro;
quien anda en caminos perversos será descubierto.
10 Quien guiña el ojo con malicia provoca pesar;
el necio y murmurador va camino al desastre.
11 Fuente de vida es la boca del justo,
pero la boca del malvado encubre violencia.
12 El odio es motivo de disensiones,
pero el amor cubre todas las faltas.
13 En los labios del prudente hay sabiduría;
en la espalda del falto de juicio, solo garrotazos.
14 El que es sabio atesora el conocimiento,
pero la boca del necio es un peligro inminente.
15 La riqueza del rico es su baluarte;
la pobreza del pobre es su ruina.
16 El salario del justo es la vida;
la ganancia del malvado es el pecado.
17 El que atiende a la corrección va camino a la vida;
el que la rechaza se pierde.
18 El de labios mentirosos disimula su odio,
y el que propaga calumnias es un necio.
19 El que mucho habla, mucho yerra;
el que es sabio refrena su lengua.
20 Plata refinada es la lengua del justo;
el corazón del malvado es de poco valor.
21 Los labios del justo orientan a muchos;
los necios mueren por falta de juicio.
22 La bendición del Señor trae riquezas
que no vienen acompañadas de tristezas.
23 El necio se divierte con su mala conducta,
pero el sabio se recrea con la sabiduría.
24 Lo que el malvado teme, eso le ocurre;
lo que el justo desea, eso recibe.
25 Pasa la tormenta y desaparece el malvado,
pero el justo permanece firme para siempre.
26 Como vinagre a los dientes y humo a los ojos
es el perezoso para quienes lo emplean.
27 El temor del Señor prolonga la vida,
pero los años del malvado se acortan.
28 El futuro de los justos es dichoso;
la esperanza de los malvados se desvanece.
29 El camino del Señor es refugio de los íntegros
y ruina de los malhechores.
30 Los justos no tropezarán jamás;
los malvados no habitarán la tierra.
31 La boca del justo expresa sabiduría,
pero la lengua perversa será cercenada.
32 Los labios del justo saben lo que conviene,
pero de la boca del malvado brota perversidad.

智慧之子使父親歡樂，愚昧之子叫母親擔憂。 2 不義之財毫無益處，唯有公義能救人脫離死亡。 3 耶和華不使義人受飢餓，惡人所欲的他必推開。 4 手懶的要受貧窮，手勤的卻要富足。 5 夏天聚斂的是智慧之子，收割時沉睡的是貽羞之子。 6 福祉臨到義人的頭，強暴蒙蔽惡人的口。 7 義人的紀念被稱讚，惡人的名字必朽爛。 8 心中智慧的必受命令，口裡愚妄的必致傾倒。 9 行正直路的步步安穩，走彎曲道的必致敗露。 10 以眼傳神的使人憂患，口裡愚妄的必致傾倒。 11 義人的口是生命的泉源，強暴蒙蔽惡人的口。 12 恨能挑起爭端，愛能遮掩一切過錯。 13 明哲人嘴裡有智慧，無知人背上受刑杖。 14 智慧人積存知識，愚妄人的口速致敗壞。 15 富戶的財物是他的堅城，窮人的貧乏是他的敗壞。 16 義人的勤勞致生，惡人的進項致死[a]。 17 謹守訓誨的乃在生命的道上，違棄責備的便失迷了路。 18 隱藏怨恨的有說謊的嘴，口出讒謗的是愚妄的人。 19 多言多語難免有過，禁止嘴唇是有智慧。 20 義人的舌乃似高銀，惡人的心所值無幾。 21 義人的口教養多人，愚昧人因無知而死亡。 22 耶和華所賜的福使人富足，並不加上憂慮。 23 愚妄人以行惡為戲耍，明哲人卻以智慧為樂。 24 惡人所怕的必臨到他，義人所願的必蒙應允。 25 暴風一過，惡人歸於無有，義人的根基卻是永久。 26 懶惰人叫差他的人如醋倒牙，如煙薰目。 27 敬畏耶和華使人日子加多，但惡人的年歲必被減少。 28 義人的盼望必得喜樂，惡人的指望必致滅沒。 29 耶和華的道是正直人的保障，卻成了作孽人的敗壞。 30 義人永不挪移，惡人不得住在地上。 31 義人的口滋生智慧，乖謬的舌必被割斷。 32 義人的嘴能令人喜悅，惡人的口說乖謬的話。

5 He who gathers crops in summer is a prudent son,
but he who sleeps during harvest is a disgraceful son.(J)
8 The wise in heart accept commands,
but a chattering fool comes to ruin.(O)
9 Whoever walks in integrity(P) walks securely,(Q)
but whoever takes crooked paths will be found out.(R)
10 Whoever winks maliciously(S) causes grief,
and a chattering fool comes to ruin.
11 The mouth of the righteous is a fountain of life,(T)
but the mouth of the wicked conceals violence.(U)
12 Hatred stirs up conflict,
but love covers over all wrongs.(V)
13 Wisdom is found on the lips of the discerning,(W)
but a rod is for the back of one who has no sense.(X)
17 Whoever heeds discipline shows the way to life,(AE)
but whoever ignores correction leads others astray.
18 Whoever conceals hatred with lying lips(AF)
and spreads slander is a fool.
19 Sin is not ended by multiplying words,
but the prudent hold their tongues.(AG)
20 The tongue of the righteous is choice silver,
but the heart of the wicked is of little value.
21 The lips of the righteous nourish many,
but fools die for lack of sense.(AH)
23 A fool finds pleasure in wicked schemes,(AL)
but a person of understanding delights in wisdom.
28 The prospect of the righteous is joy,
but the hopes of the wicked come to nothing.(AV)
29 The way of the Lord is a refuge for the blameless,
but it is the ruin of those who do evil.(AW)
30 The righteous will never be uprooted,
but the wicked will not remain in the land.(AX)
