智慧明哲均耶和华所赐
2 我儿，你若领受我的言语，存记我的命令， 2 侧耳听智慧，专心求聪明， 3 呼求明哲，扬声求聪明， 4 寻找她如寻找银子，搜求她如搜求隐藏的珍宝， 5 你就明白敬畏耶和华，得以认识神。 6 因为耶和华赐人智慧，知识和聪明都由他口而出。 7 他给正直人存留真智慧，给行为纯正的人做盾牌， 8 为要保守公平人的路，护庇虔敬人的道。 9 你也必明白仁义、公平、正直，一切的善道。 10 智慧必入你心，你的灵要以知识为美。 11 谋略必护卫你，聪明必保守你， 12 要救你脱离恶道[a]，脱离说乖谬话的人。 13 那等人舍弃正直的路，行走黑暗的道， 14 欢喜作恶，喜爱恶人的乖僻。 15 在他们的道中弯曲，在他们的路上偏僻。 16 智慧要救你脱离淫妇，就是那油嘴滑舌的外女。 17 他离弃幼年的配偶，忘了神的盟约。 18 他的家陷入死地，他的路偏向阴间。 19 凡到他那里去的不得转回，也得不着生命的路。 20 智慧必使你行善人的道，守义人的路。 21 正直人必在世上居住，完全人必在地上存留。 22 唯有恶人必然剪除，奸诈的必然拔出。

2 孩子啊，
你若接受我的教诲，
珍爱我的诫命，
2 侧耳聆听智慧，
倾心渴慕悟性；
3 你若呼求洞见，
竭力追求悟性，
4 寻它如寻银子，
找它如找宝藏，
5 你就会懂得敬畏耶和华，
认识上帝。
6 因为耶和华赐人智慧，
知识和悟性出自祂的口。
7 祂使正直人充满智慧，
是行为纯全者的盾牌。
8 祂看守正义之路，
护卫虔诚人的道。
9 这样，你就明白何为仁义、
公平和正直，
懂得一切美善之道。
10 因为智慧必进入你心，
知识必令你的灵欢快。
11 明辨力必护佑你，
悟性必看顾你。
12 智慧必救你远离恶道，
脱离言语荒谬的人。
13 他们舍弃正道，走上黑路，
14 以行恶为乐，喜爱恶人的邪僻；
15 他们的道路歪邪，行径扭曲。
16 智慧要救你脱离淫妇，
脱离花言巧语的妓女。

GOD’S WORD Translation
The Benefit of Wisdom
2 My son,
if you take my words ⌞to heart⌟
and treasure my commands within you,
2 if you pay close attention to wisdom,
and let your mind reach for understanding,
3 if indeed you call out for insight,
if you ask aloud for understanding,
4 if you search for wisdom as if it were money
and hunt for it as if it were hidden treasure,
5 then you will understand the fear of the Lord
and you will find the knowledge of God.
6 The Lord gives wisdom.
From his mouth come knowledge and understanding.
7 He has reserved priceless wisdom for decent people.
He is a shield for those who walk in integrity
8 in order to guard those on paths of justice
and to watch over the way of his godly ones.
9 Then you will understand what is right and just and fair—
every good course ⌞in life⌟.
10 Wisdom will come into your heart.
Knowledge will be pleasant to your soul.
11 Foresight will protect you.
Understanding will guard you.
12 ⌞Wisdom will⌟ save you
from the way of evil,
from the person who speaks devious things,
13 from those who abandon the paths of righteousness
to walk the ways of darkness,
14 from those who enjoy doing evil,
from those who find joy in the deviousness of evil.
15 Their paths are crooked.
Their ways are devious.
16 ⌞Wisdom will⌟ also save you
from an adulterous woman,
from a loose woman with her smooth talk,
17 who leaves ⌞her husband,⌟ the closest friend of her youth,
and forgets her marriage vows to her God.
18 Her house sinks down to death.
Her ways lead to the souls of the dead.
19 None who have sex with her come back.
Nor do they ever reach the paths of life.
20 So walk in the way of good people
and stay on the paths of righteous people.
21 Decent people will live in the land.
People of integrity will remain in it.
22 But wicked people will be cut off from the land
and treacherous people will be torn [a] from it.
