Deuteronomy 33:12-14

¹²About Benjamin^(A) he said:

“Let the beloved of the Lord rest secure in him,^(B)
for he shields him all day long,^(C)
and the one the Lord loves^(D) rests between his shoulders.^(E)”

“May the Lord bless his land
    with the precious dew from heaven above
    and with the deep waters that lie below;^(G)
¹⁴with the best the sun brings forth
    and the finest the moon can yield;

¹²^(A)Of Benjamin he said,

“The beloved of the Lord dwells in safety.
The High God^[a] surrounds him all day long,
and dwells between his shoulders.”

¹³And ^(B)of Joseph he said,

^(C)“Blessed by the Lord be his land,
    with the choicest gifts of heaven ^(D)above,^[b]
    and of the deep that crouches beneath,
¹⁴with the choicest fruits of the sun
    and the rich yield of the months,

With the choice things of heaven, with the dew,
