²你們要在你們的上帝耶和華選定的敬拜場所，把牛羊作為逾越節的祭牲獻給祂。 ³吃祭牲的時候，不可吃有酵的餅，七天之內要吃無酵餅，即憶苦餅，以便你們一生謹記離開埃及的日子，因為當時你們離開得很倉促。 ⁴那七天之內，你們境內不可有酵母。第一天傍晚獻的祭肉不可留到第二天早晨。

Deuteronomy 16:2-4

New International Version

²Sacrifice as the Passover to the Lord your God an animal from your flock or herd at the place the Lord will choose as a dwelling for his Name.^(A) ³Do not eat it with bread made with yeast, but for seven days eat unleavened bread, the bread of affliction,^(B) because you left Egypt in haste^(C)—so that all the days of your life you may remember the time of your departure from Egypt.^(D) ⁴Let no yeast be found in your possession in all your land for seven days. Do not let any of the meat you sacrifice on the evening^(E) of the first day remain until morning.^(F)

²Therefore you shall sacrifice the Passover to the Lord your God, from the flock and ^(A)the herd, in the ^(B)place where the Lord chooses to put His name. ³You shall eat no leavened bread with it; ^(C)seven days you shall eat unleavened bread with it, that is, the bread of affliction (for you came out of the land of Egypt in haste), that you may ^(D)remember the day in which you came out of the land of Egypt all the days of your life. ⁴^(E)And no leaven shall be seen among you in all your territory for seven days, nor shall any of the meat which you sacrifice the first day at twilight remain overnight until ^(F)morning.
