许愿的条例
30 摩西告诉以色列人众支派的领袖：“这是耶和华吩咐的话：（本节在《马索拉文本》为30:2） 2 如果人向耶和华许愿，或是起誓要约束自己，就不可食言，总要照着自己口里所出的一切话行。 3 女子年幼还在父家的时候，如果向耶和华许愿要约束自己， 4 她父亲若是听见她所许的愿和约束自己的话，却对她默不作声，她所许的一切愿和所说约束自己的话，就为有效。 5 但是她父亲听见的时候，如果阻止她，她所许的愿和所说约束自己的话，就都为无效；耶和华也必赦免她，因为她父亲阻止她。
6 “如果她已嫁了丈夫，她许愿或嘴里说冒失话约束自己的时候， 7 她丈夫听见了，但在听见的时候，默不作声，她所许的愿和约束自己的话，就为有效。 8 但是她丈夫听见的时候，如果阻止她，就算废了她所许的愿和她嘴里所说约束自己的冒失话；耶和华也必赦免她。
9 “寡妇，或是离了婚的妇人所许的愿，就是她所说约束自己的一切话，都为有效。 10 如果她在丈夫家里许了愿，或用誓言约束自己， 11 她丈夫听见了，却默不作声，也没有阻止她，她所许的愿和所说一切约束自己的话，就为有效。 12 但是她丈夫听见的时候，如果把这两样都废了，妇人口中所说一切关于许愿的话和约束自己的话，都必无效；她丈夫已经把这两样都废了，耶和华也必赦免她。
13 “妇人所许的愿和刻苦约束自己所起的誓，她丈夫都可以确立，也可以废去。 14 如果她丈夫天天向她默不作声，那就算是确立她所许的愿和所说约束自己的一切话；因为丈夫在听见的日子，向她默不作声，就使这两样生效。 15 但是，如果丈夫听了很久以后，才把这两样完全废去，他就要担当妻子的罪孽。”
16 以上是耶和华吩咐摩西的条例，是关于丈夫与妻子，父亲与女儿，女儿年幼在父家的时候的条例。

30 Alle diese Bestimmungen teilte Mose den Israeliten mit.
Wann sind Gelübde von Frauen gültig?
2 Danach gab Mose den Oberhäuptern der Stämme Israels erneut eine Weisung vom Herrn weiter:
3 »Wenn jemand dem Herrn etwas verspricht oder sich mit einem Eid verpflichtet, auf irgendetwas zu verzichten, darf er sein Wort nicht brechen. Er muss alles tun, was er gesagt hat.
4 Gibt eine junge Frau, die noch bei ihren Eltern lebt, dem Herrn ein Versprechen 5 und ihr Vater lässt sie gewähren, so hat sie sich daran zu halten. 6 Erhebt aber ihr Vater am selben Tag, an dem er davon hört, Einwände gegen ihr Gelübde, wird es ungültig. Dann wird der Herr ihr verzeihen, dass sie es nicht einhält.
7 Wenn eine Frau sich vor ihrer Heirat durch ein Gelübde oder ein leichtfertiges Versprechen zu irgendetwas verpflichtet hat 8 und ihr Mann dazu schweigt, muss sie ihr Wort halten. 9 Erhebt er jedoch am selben Tag Einspruch, an dem er davon erfährt, ist sie nicht mehr an ihr Versprechen gebunden. Der Herr wird ihr vergeben, wenn sie in diesem Fall ihr Wort nicht hält. 10 Ist aber die Frau, die dem Herrn ein Versprechen gibt, verwitwet oder geschieden, so muss sie es erfüllen.
11 Legt eine verheiratete Frau ein Gelübde ab 12 und ihr Mann sagt nichts dagegen, muss sie tun, was sie versprochen hat. 13 Der Mann kann das Gelübde jedoch am selben Tag aufheben, an dem er davon hört. Der Herr wird der Frau verzeihen, dass sie es nicht einhält. 14 Der Mann hat das Recht, alles für ungültig zu erklären oder zu bestätigen, was seine Frau versprochen hat, ganz gleich ob sie etwas tun oder auf etwas verzichten wollte. 15 Wenn er sich am Tag, an dem er davon erfährt, nicht dazu äußert, bestätigt er ihr Gelübde. Durch sein Schweigen wird es verbindlich. 16 Hebt er das Gelübde nach dem ersten Tag auf, trifft ihn allein die Schuld, wenn es gebrochen wird.«
17 Diese Weisungen erhielt Mose vom Herrn. Sie regeln den Umgang mit Gelübden von verheirateten und unverheirateten Frauen und bestimmen, welchen Einfluss Väter und Ehemänner auf die Gelübde haben.

30 And Moses spake unto the heads of the tribes concerning the children of Israel, saying, This is the thing which the Lord hath commanded.
2 If a man vow a vow unto the Lord, or swear an oath to bind his soul with a bond; he shall not break his word, he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth.
3 If a woman also vow a vow unto the Lord, and bind herself by a bond, being in her father's house in her youth;
4 And her father hear her vow, and her bond wherewith she hath bound her soul, and her father shall hold his peace at her; then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she hath bound her soul shall stand.
5 But if her father disallow her in the day that he heareth; not any of her vows, or of her bonds wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand: and the Lord shall forgive her, because her father disallowed her.
6 And if she had at all an husband, when she vowed, or uttered ought out of her lips, wherewith she bound her soul;
7 And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her in the day that he heard it: then her vows shall stand, and her bonds wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.
8 But if her husband disallowed her on the day that he heard it; then he shall make her vow which she vowed, and that which she uttered with her lips, wherewith she bound her soul, of none effect: and the Lord shall forgive her.
9 But every vow of a widow, and of her that is divorced, wherewith they have bound their souls, shall stand against her.
10 And if she vowed in her husband's house, or bound her soul by a bond with an oath;
11 And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her, and disallowed her not: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.
12 But if her husband hath utterly made them void on the day he heard them; then whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand: her husband hath made them void; and the Lord shall forgive her.
13 Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish it, or her husband may make it void.
14 But if her husband altogether hold his peace at her from day to day; then he establisheth all her vows, or all her bonds, which are upon her: he confirmeth them, because he held his peace at her in the day that he heard them.
15 But if he shall any ways make them void after that he hath heard them; then he shall bear her iniquity.
16 These are the statutes, which the Lord commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, between the father and his daughter, being yet in her youth in her father's house.
