Figli di Davide

Questi sono i figli che nacquero a Davide in Ebron: il primogenito Amnòn, nato da Achinoàm di Izreèl; Daniele secondo, nato da Abigàil del Carmelo; Assalonne terzo, figlio di Maaca figlia di Talmài, re di Ghesur; Adonia quarto, figlio di Agghìt; Sefatìa quinto, nato da Abitàl; Itràm sesto, figlio della moglie Egla. Sei gli nacquero in Ebron, ove egli regnò sette anni e sei mesi, mentre regnò trentatrè anni in Gerusalemme. I seguenti gli nacquero in Gerusalemme: Simèa, Sobàb, Natàn e Salomone, ossia quattro figli natigli da Betsabea, figlia di Ammièl; inoltre Ibcàr, Elisàma, Elifèlet, Noga, Nefeg, Iafia, Elisamà, Eliadà ed Elifèlet, ossia nove figli. Tutti costoro furono figli di Davide, senza contare i figli delle sue concubine. Tamàr era loro sorella.

Los hijos de David(A)

Los hijos de David nacidos en Hebrón fueron: el mayor, Amnón, hijo de Ahinóam, la de Jezreel; el segundo, Daniel, hijo de Abigail, de Carmel; el tercero, Absalón, hijo de Maacá, la hija de Talmai, rey de Guesur; el cuarto, Adonías, hijo de Haguit; el quinto, Sefatías, hijo de Abital; y el sexto, Itream, hijo de Eglá, otra esposa de David. Estos seis hijos de David nacieron en Hebrón, donde reinó durante siete años y seis meses. Luego reinó treinta y tres años en Jerusalén, donde le nacieron cuatro hijos más: Simá, Sobab, Natán y Salomón, todos ellos hijos de Betsabé, hija de Amiel. Tuvo además otros nueve hijos: Ibhar, Elisamá, Elifélet, Nógah, Néfeg, Jafía, Elisamá, Eliadá y Elifélet. Todos estos fueron hijos de David, sin contar los hijos tenidos de las concubinas. Tamar fue hermana de ellos.

Descendientes de Salomón

10-14 Los descendientes de Salomón, en línea directa, fueron Roboam, Abías, Asá, Josafat, Joram, Ocozías, Joás, Amasías, Azarías, Jotam, Ahaz, Ezequías, Manasés, Amón y Josías.

15 Los hijos de Josías fueron: el mayor, Johanán; el segundo, Joaquim; el tercero, Sedequías; y el cuarto, Salum.

16 Los hijos de Joaquim fueron Jeconías y Sedequías.

17 Los descendientes de Jeconías, el desterrado, fueron Salatiel, su hijo mayor, 18 y Malquiram, Pedaías, Senazar, Jecamías, Hosamá y Nedabías.

19 Los hijos de Pedaías fueron Zorobabel y Simí. Los hijos de Zorobabel fueron Mesulam y Hananías, y Selomit, hermana de éstos, 20 y otros cinco hijos: Hasubá, Óhel, Berequías, Hasadías y Jusab-hésed.

21 Los hijos de Hananías fueron Pelatías e Isaías. Los descendientes de Isaías, en línea directa, fueron Refaías, Arnán, Abdías y Secanías.

22 Los hijos de Secanías fueron Semaías, Hatús, Igal, Baríah, Nearías y Safat: seis en total.

23 Los hijos de Nearías fueron tres: Elioenai, Ezequías y Azricam.

24 Los hijos de Elioenai fueron siete: Hodavías, Eliasib, Pelaías, Acub, Johanán, Delaías y Ananí.

These were the sons of David(C) born to him in Hebron:

The firstborn was Amnon the son of Ahinoam(D) of Jezreel;(E)

the second, Daniel the son of Abigail(F) of Carmel;

the third, Absalom the son of Maakah daughter of Talmai king of Geshur;

the fourth, Adonijah(G) the son of Haggith;

the fifth, Shephatiah the son of Abital;

and the sixth, Ithream, by his wife Eglah.

These six were born to David in Hebron,(H) where he reigned seven years and six months.(I)

David reigned in Jerusalem thirty-three years, and these were the children born to him there:

Shammua,[a] Shobab, Nathan and Solomon. These four were by Bathsheba[b](J) daughter of Ammiel. There were also Ibhar, Elishua,[c] Eliphelet, Nogah, Nepheg, Japhia, Elishama, Eliada and Eliphelet—nine in all. All these were the sons of David, besides his sons by his concubines. And Tamar(K) was their sister.(L)

Shealtiel(AG) his son, 18 Malkiram, Pedaiah, Shenazzar,(AH) Jekamiah, Hoshama and Nedabiah.(AI)

19 The sons of Pedaiah:

Zerubbabel(AJ) and Shimei.

The sons of Zerubbabel:

Meshullam and Hananiah.

Shelomith was their sister.

20 There were also five others:

Hashubah, Ohel, Berekiah, Hasadiah and Jushab-Hesed.

21 The descendants of Hananiah:

Pelatiah and Jeshaiah, and the sons of Rephaiah, of Arnan, of Obadiah and of Shekaniah.

22 The descendants of Shekaniah:

Shemaiah and his sons:

Hattush,(AK) Igal, Bariah, Neariah and Shaphat—six in all.

23 The sons of Neariah:

Elioenai, Hizkiah and Azrikam—three in all.

24 The sons of Elioenai:

Hodaviah, Eliashib, Pelaiah, Akkub, Johanan, Delaiah and Anani—seven in all.
