約書亞大祭司
3 耶和華又讓我看見約書亞大祭司站在祂的天使面前，撒旦站在約書亞的右邊要控訴他。 2 耶和華對撒旦說：「撒旦啊，耶和華斥責你！揀選耶路撒冷的耶和華斥責你！這人豈不像從火中抽出來的一根柴嗎？」 3 那時，約書亞穿著污穢的衣服站在天使面前。 4 天使對侍立在周圍的說：「脫掉他污穢的衣服。」他又對約書亞說：「看啊，我已除掉你的罪，我要給你穿上華美的衣服。」
5 我說：「要給他戴上潔淨的禮冠。」他們便給他戴上潔淨的禮冠、穿上華美的衣服。那時，耶和華的天使站在旁邊。
6 耶和華的天使告誡約書亞： 7 「萬軍之耶和華說，『你若遵行我的道，謹守我的吩咐，便可以管理我的家，看守我的院宇。我必讓你在這些侍立的天使中間自由出入。 8 約書亞大祭司啊，你和坐在你面前的同伴們聽著，你們都是將來之事的預兆——我將使我僕人大衛的苗裔興起。 9 看啊，這是我在約書亞面前安置的石頭，它有七眼[a]，我要在上面刻上字，並在一天之內除掉這地方的罪。這是萬軍之耶和華說的。 10 到那天，你們將各自邀請鄰居坐在葡萄樹和無花果樹下。這是萬軍之耶和華說的。』」

Fourth Vision: High Priest and Branch
3 Then he showed me the high priest Joshua(A) standing before the angel of the Lord,(B) with Satan[a](C) standing at his right side to accuse him. 2 The Lord[b] said to Satan, “The Lord rebuke you, Satan! May the Lord who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Isn’t this man a burning stick snatched from the fire?” (D)
3 Now Joshua was dressed with filthy[c] clothes(E) as he stood before the angel.(F) 4 So the angel of the Lord[d] spoke to those[e] standing before him, “Take off his filthy clothes!” Then he said to him, “See, I have removed your iniquity from you,(G) and I will clothe you with festive robes.”
5 Then I said, “Let them put a clean turban(H) on his head.” So a clean turban was placed on his head, and they clothed him in garments while the angel of the Lord was standing nearby.
6 Then the angel of the Lord charged Joshua, 7 “This is what the Lord of Armies says: If you walk in my ways and keep my mandates, you will both rule my house and take care of my courts; I will also grant you access among these who are standing here.
8 “Listen, High Priest Joshua, you and your colleagues sitting before you; indeed, these men are a sign that I am about to bring my servant, the Branch.(I) 9 Notice the stone(J) I have set before Joshua; on that one stone are seven eyes.(K) I will engrave an inscription on it”—this is the declaration of the Lord of Armies—“and I will take away the iniquity of this land in a single day. 10 On that day, each of you will invite his neighbor to sit under his vine and fig tree.”(L) This is the declaration of the Lord of Armies.
