28 You will save the (A)humble[a] people;
But Your eyes are on (B)the haughty, that You may bring them down.
29 “For You are my (C)lamp, O Lord;
The Lord shall enlighten my darkness.
30 For by You I can run against a troop;
By my God I can leap over a (D)wall.
31 As for God, (E)His way is perfect;
(F)The word of the Lord is proven;
He is a shield to all who trust in Him.
32 “For (G)who is God, except the Lord?
And who is a rock, except our God?
33 [b]God is my (H)strength and power,
And He (I)makes [c]my way (J)perfect.
34 He makes [d]my feet (K)like the feet of deer,
And (L)sets me on my high places.
35 He teaches my hands [e]to make war,
So that my arms can bend a bow of bronze.
36 “You have also given me the shield of Your salvation;
Your gentleness has made me great.
37 You (M)enlarged my path under me;
So my feet did not slip.
38 “I have pursued my enemies and destroyed them;
Neither did I turn back again till they were destroyed.
39 And I have destroyed them and wounded them,
So that they could not rise;
They have fallen (N)under my feet.
40 For You have (O)armed me with strength for the battle;
You have [f]subdued under me (P)those who rose against me.
41 You have also [g]given me the (Q)necks of my enemies,
So that I destroyed those who hated me.
42 They looked, but there was none to save;
Even (R)to the Lord, but He did not answer them.
43 Then I beat them as fine (S)as the dust of the earth;
I trod them (T)like dirt in the streets,
And I [h]spread them out.
44 “You(U) have also delivered me from the [i]strivings of my people;
You have kept me as the (V)head of the nations.
(W)A people I have not known shall serve me.
45 The foreigners submit to me;
As soon as they hear, they obey me.
46 The foreigners fade away,
And [j]come frightened (X)from their hideouts.
47 “The Lord lives!
Blessed be my Rock!
Let God be exalted,
The (Y)Rock of my salvation!
48 It is God who avenges me,
And (Z)subdues the peoples under me;
49 He delivers me from my enemies.
You also lift me up above those who rise against me;
You have delivered me from the (AA)violent man.
50 Therefore I will give thanks to You, O Lord, among (AB)the Gentiles,
And sing praises to Your (AC)name.
51 “He(AD) is the tower of salvation to His king,
And shows mercy to His (AE)anointed,
To David and (AF)his descendants forevermore.”

29 耶 和 華 啊 ， 你 是 我 的 燈 ； 耶 和 華 必 照 明 我 的 黑 暗 。
30 我 藉 著 你 衝 入 敵 軍 ， 藉 著 我 的 神 跳 過 牆 垣 。
31 至 於 神 ， 他 的 道 是 完 全 的 ； 耶 和 華 的 話 是 煉 淨 的 。 凡 投 靠 他 的 ， 他 便 作 他 們 的 盾 牌 。

41 你 又 使 我 的 仇 敵 在 我 面 前 轉 背 逃 跑 ， 叫 我 能 以 剪 除 那 恨 我 的 人 。
42 他 們 仰 望 ， 卻 無 人 拯 救 ； 就 是 呼 求 耶 和 華 ， 他 也 不 應 允 。
43 我 搗 碎 他 們 ， 如 同 地 上 的 灰 塵 ， 踐 踏 他 們 ， 四 散 在 地 ， 如 同 街 上 的 泥 土 。
44 你 救 我 脫 離 我 百 姓 的 爭 競 ， 保 護 我 作 列 國 的 元 首 ； 我 素 不 認 識 的 民 必 事 奉 我 。
45 外 邦 人 要 投 降 我 ， 一 聽 見 我 的 名 聲 就 必 順 從 我 。
46 外 邦 人 要 衰 殘 ， 戰 戰 兢 兢 地 出 他 們 的 營 寨 。
47 耶 和 華 是 活 神 ， 願 我 的 磐 石 被 人 稱 頌 ！ 願 神 ─ 那 拯 救 我 的 磐 石 被 人 尊 崇 ！
48 這 位 神 就 是 那 為 我 伸 冤 、 使 眾 民 服 在 我 以 下 的 。

28 You save the humble,(A)
but your eyes are on the haughty(B) to bring them low.(C)
29 You, Lord, are my lamp;(D)
the Lord turns my darkness into light.
30 With your help I can advance against a troop[a];
with my God I can scale a wall.
31 “As for God, his way is perfect:(E)
The Lord’s word is flawless;(F)
he shields(G) all who take refuge in him.
32 For who is God besides the Lord?
And who is the Rock(H) except our God?(I)
33 It is God who arms me with strength[b]
and keeps my way secure.
34 He makes my feet like the feet of a deer;(J)
he causes me to stand on the heights.(K)
35 He trains my hands(L) for battle;
my arms can bend a bow(M) of bronze.
36 You make your saving help my shield;(N)
your help has made[c] me great.
37 You provide a broad path(O) for my feet,
so that my ankles do not give way.
38 “I pursued my enemies and crushed them;
I did not turn back till they were destroyed.
39 I crushed(P) them completely, and they could not rise;
they fell beneath my feet.
40 You armed me with strength for battle;
you humbled my adversaries before me.(Q)
41 You made my enemies turn their backs(R) in flight,
and I destroyed my foes.
42 They cried for help,(S) but there was no one to save them—(T)
to the Lord, but he did not answer.(U)
43 I beat them as fine as the dust(V) of the earth;
I pounded and trampled(W) them like mud(X) in the streets.
44 “You have delivered(Y) me from the attacks of the peoples;
you have preserved(Z) me as the head of nations.
People(AA) I did not know now serve me,
45 foreigners cower(AB) before me;
as soon as they hear of me, they obey me.(AC)
46 They all lose heart;
they come trembling[d](AD) from their strongholds.
47 “The Lord lives! Praise be to my Rock!
Exalted(AE) be my God, the Rock, my Savior!(AF)
48 He is the God who avenges(AG) me,(AH)
who puts the nations under me,
49 who sets me free from my enemies.(AI)
You exalted me(AJ) above my foes;
from a violent man you rescued me.
50 Therefore I will praise you, Lord, among the nations;
I will sing the praises(AK) of your name.(AL)
