²⁶ Otherwise, He would have needed to suffer often since ^(A)the foundation of the world; but now ^(B)once at ^(C)the consummation of the ages He has been ^(D)revealed to put away sin ^[a](E)by the sacrifice of Himself. ²⁷ And just as ^(F)it is destined for people to die once, and after this ^(G)comes judgment, ²⁸ so Christ also, having been ^(H)offered once to ^(I)bear the sins of many, will appear ^(J)a second time for ^(K)salvation ^(L)without reference to sin, to those who ^(M)eagerly await Him.
