7 所以 神就再定一个日子,就是过了很久以后,借着大卫所说的“今天”,就像前面引用过的:
“如果你们今天听从他的声音,
就不要硬着心。”
8 如果约书亚已经使他们享受了安息, 神后来就不会再提到别的日子了。 9 这样看来,为了 神的子民,必定另外有一个“安息日”的安息保留下来。

7 God again set a certain day, calling it “Today.” This he did when a long time later he spoke through David, as in the passage already quoted:
8 For if Joshua had given them rest,(B) God would not have spoken(C) later about another day. 9 There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God;
