¹⁷所以，他必須在各方面和他的弟兄們相同，為了要在　神的事上，成為仁慈忠信的大祭司，好為人民贖罪。 ¹⁸因為他自己既然經過試探，受了苦，就能夠幫助那些被試探的人。

Hebrews 2:17-18

New International Version

¹⁷For this reason he had to be made like them,^[a]^(A) fully human in every way, in order that he might become a merciful^(B) and faithful high priest^(C) in service to God,^(D) and that he might make atonement for the sins of the people.^(E) ¹⁸Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted.^(F)
