耶稣基督是我们需要的唯一祭献
10 律法只是正在来临的美好事物的一个影子，而不是这些实物的确切形体，所以，律法绝对不会因为年复一年地奉献同样的祭物而使那些崇拜上帝的人们完美。 2 如果律法可以使人们完美，那么这些奉献不是早就该停止了吗？因为崇拜者早就一劳永逸地洗涤了自己的罪恶，不必再为他们的罪孽有负罪感了， 3 然而，那些祭献，年年都在提醒人们想起罪孽， 4 因为公牛和山羊的血是不能除去罪孽的。
5 因此，当基督来到这个世上时，他说：
“你不要祭物和贡品，
而为我准备了一个躯体。
6 你不喜欢焚烧的祭物和赎罪的祭物。
7 于是我说∶‘我在这里！
就像律法书里对我记载的那样。
啊，上帝，我来了，是为了执行你的意旨。’” (A)
8 首先他说∶“你不要、也不喜欢祭物、贡品、焚烧的祭物和赎罪的祭物（尽管律法要求奉献这些东西）。 9 然后他又说∶“我在这里！我来了，是为了执行您的意旨。”他废弃了第一个制度，以便建立起第二个制度。 10 凭上帝的意旨，耶稣基督只牺牲了自己的身体一次，便使得我们永远圣洁。
11 所有的犹太祭司们每天都要肃立和履行自己的宗教职责，并且一次次地奉献同样的祭物，而这些祭物是绝对不能除去罪孽的。 12 但是，基督只为罪孽牺牲了一次，便成就了永远，然后他坐在了上帝的右边。 13 而且，他等待着，直到他的仇敌被变为他的垫脚凳。 14 由于他的这一次奉献，使得那些变得圣洁的人们永远完美。
15 圣灵也向我们证实了这一点，首先他说：
16 “这是自那之后，我将与他们定立的誓约。主说：
我将把我的律法装进他们的大脑，写在他们的心上。” (B)
17 接着他又说：
“我不会再记着他们的罪孽和违法的行为。” (C)
18 在罪孽被宽恕的地方，是不再需要奉献赎罪的祭物的。
接近上帝
19 所以，兄弟姐妹们，我们有信心借助耶稣的血进入至圣处， 20 耶稣通过这个帘幕—即他的血肉之躯，为我们开辟的一条新的、有生命的道路， 21 既然我们有了一位伟大的祭司掌管着上帝的家庭， 22 那么，让我们用真诚的心和坚定的信仰来接近上帝吧，让我们洗净那败坏了的良心，使我们的心灵得到净化；让我们的身体在纯净的水中得到清洗； 23 让我们坚定地坚持我们所表白的希望，因为赐给我们这个诺言的上帝是可信的。
帮助彼此
24 让我们互相关心、激发爱心和鼓励行善， 25 让我们不要像有些人那样，放弃聚会的习惯。互相鼓励吧：既然你们知道那一天 [a]正在来临，就更应该如此了。
不要背离上帝之子
26 如果我们掌握真理之后，仍然故意犯罪，那就不会再有赎罪的祭物了， 27 只有恐怖地等待着判决和将要毁灭那些反对上帝的人们的烈火。 28 只要有两、三个人作证，摒弃摩西律法的人都要被毫不留情地处死， 29 那么，那些践踏上帝之子的人，那些亵渎了契约上的血—他圣洁的血，以及那些侮辱了恩典之灵的人，试想他们该受到多么严厉的惩罚吧！ 30 因为我们知道说这话的上帝：
“伸冤在我，我必报应.” (D)
他还说：
“主将审判他的子民。” (E)
31 落入活生生的上帝的手中是件多么可怕的事啊。
保持你们的勇气与耐心
32 记住以往，你们刚受到福音启蒙时，忍受苦难严峻挑战的那些日子吧。 33 有时候你们当众受到羞辱与虐待；有时候你们忠诚地与受到同样遭遇的人共患难。 34 你们不但与坐牢的人共患难，而且满怀喜悦地接受了你们的财产被没收，因为你们知道自己拥有更美好和永恒的财产。
35 不要抛弃你们的勇气，因为它将带给你们巨大的报偿。 36 你们要容忍，这样在你们执行了上帝的意愿后，就会得到上帝所许诺的一切。 37 因为，不需要多久，
“即将到来的人就要来到，
他不会迟延。
38 我的义人靠信仰活着。
如果他退缩，
我不会对他感到喜悦。” (F)
39 我们并不属于那些因退缩而毁灭的人，而是有信仰并得到拯救的人。

10 律法既然是以后要来的美好事物的影子，不是本体的真象，就不能凭着每年献同样的祭品，使那些进前来的人得到完全。 2 如果敬拜的人一次得洁净，良心就不再觉得有罪，那么，献祭的事不是早就停止了吗？ 3 可是那些祭品，却使人每年都想起罪来， 4 因为公牛和山羊的血不能把罪除去。
5 所以，基督到世上来的时候，就说：
“祭品和礼物不是你所要的，
你却为我预备了身体。
6 燔祭和赎罪祭，
不是你所喜悦的；
7 那时我说：
‘看哪！我来了，
经卷上已经记载我的事，
神啊！我来是要遵行你的旨意。’”
8 前面说：“祭品和礼物，燔祭和赎罪祭，不是你所要的，也不是你所喜悦的。”这些都是按照律法献的； 9 接着又说：“看哪！我来了，是要遵行你的旨意。”可见他废除那先前的，为要建立那后来的。 10 我们凭着这旨意，借着耶稣基督一次献上他的身体，就已经成圣。
11 所有的祭司都是天天站着事奉，多次献上同样的祭品，那些祭品永远不能把罪除去。 12 唯有基督献上了一次永远有效的赎罪祭，就在 神的右边坐下来。 13 此后，只是等待 神把他的仇敌放在他的脚下，作他的脚凳。 14 因为他献上了一次的祭，就使那些成圣的人永远得到完全。
15 圣灵也向我们作见证，因为后来他说过：
16 “主说：‘在那些日子以后，
我要与他们所立的约是这样：
我要把我的律法放在他们的心思里面，
写在他们的心上。’”
17 又说：“我决不再记着他们的罪恶，
和不法的行为。”
18 这一切既然都赦免了，就不必再为罪献祭了。
劝勉和警告
19 所以，弟兄们！我们凭着耶稣的血，可以坦然无惧地进入至圣所。 20 这进入的路，是他给我们开辟的，是一条通过幔子、又新又活的路，这幔子就是他的身体。 21 我们既然有一位伟大的祭司治理 神的家， 22 我们良心的邪恶既然被洒净，身体也用清水洗净了，那么，我们就应该怀着真诚的心和完备的信，进到 神面前； 23 又应该坚持我们所宣认的盼望，毫不动摇，因为那应许我们的是信实的。 24 我们又应该彼此关心，激发爱心，勉励行善。 25 我们不可放弃聚会，好象有些人的习惯一样；却要互相劝勉。你们既然知道那日子临近，就更应该这样。
26 如果我们领受了真理的知识以后，还是故意犯罪，就再没有留下赎罪的祭品了； 27 只好恐惧地等待着审判，和那快要吞灭众仇敌的烈火。 28 如果有人干犯了摩西的律法，凭着两三个证人，他尚且得不到怜悯而死； 29 何况是践踏 神的儿子，把那使他成圣的立约的血当作俗物，又侮辱施恩的圣灵的人，你们想想，他不是应该受更严厉的刑罚吗？ 30 因为我们知道谁说过：
“伸冤在我，我必报应。”
又说：
“主必定审判他自己的子民。”
31 落在永活的 神手里，真是可怕的。
要忍耐行完 神的旨意
32 你们要回想从前的日子，那时，你们蒙了光照，忍受了许多痛苦的煎熬； 33 有时在众人面前被辱骂，遭患难；有时却成了遭遇同样情形的人的同伴。 34 你们同情那些遭监禁的人；你们的家业被抢夺的时候，又以喜乐的心接受，因为知道自己有更美长存的家业。 35 所以，你们不可丢弃坦然无惧的心，这样的心是带有大赏赐的。 36 你们还需要忍耐，好使你们行完了 神的旨意，可以领受所应许的。 37 因为：
“还有一点点的时候，
那要来的就来，
并不迟延。
38 我的义人必因信得生，
如果他后退，
我的心就不喜悦他。”
39 但我们不是那些后退以致灭亡的人，而是有信心以致保全生命的人。
Hebrews 10
Contemporary English Version
10 The Law of Moses is like a shadow of the good things to come. This shadow isn't the good things themselves, because it cannot free people from sin by the sacrifices offered year after year. 2 If there were worshipers who already have their sins washed away and their consciences made clear, there would not be any need to go on offering sacrifices. 3-4 But the blood of bulls and goats cannot take away sins. It only reminds people of their sins from one year to the next.
5 (A) When Christ came into the world, he said to God,
“Sacrifices and offerings
are not what you want,
but you have given me
my body.
6 No, you are not pleased
with animal sacrifices
and offerings for sin.”
7 Then Christ said,
“And so, my God,
I have come to do
what you want,
as the Scriptures say.”
8 The Law teaches that offerings and sacrifices must be made because of sin. But why did Christ mention these things and say that God did not want them? 9 Well, it was to do away with offerings and sacrifices and to replace them. This is what he meant by saying to God, “I have come to do what you want.” 10 So we are made holy because Christ obeyed God and offered himself once for all.
11 (B) The priests do their work each day, and they keep on offering sacrifices that can never take away sins. 12 (C) But Christ offered himself as a sacrifice that is good forever. Now he is sitting at God's right side,[a] 13 and he will stay there until his enemies are put under his power. 14 By his one sacrifice he has forever set free from sin the people he brings to God.
15 The Holy Spirit also speaks of this by telling us that the Lord said,
16 (D) “When the time comes,
I will make an agreement
with them.
I will write my laws
on their minds and hearts.
17 (E) Then I will forget
about their sins
and no longer remember
their evil deeds.”
18 When sins are forgiven, there is no more need to offer sacrifices.
Encouragement and Warning
19 My friends, the blood of Jesus gives us courage to enter the most holy place 20 by a new way that leads to life! And this way takes us through the curtain that is Christ himself.
21 We have a great high priest who is in charge of God's house. 22 (F) So let's come near God with pure hearts and a confidence that comes from having faith. Let's keep our hearts pure, our consciences free from evil, and our bodies washed with clean water. 23 We must hold tightly to the hope we say is ours. After all, we can trust the one who made the agreement with us. 24 We should keep on encouraging each other to be thoughtful and to do helpful things. 25 Some people have given up the habit of meeting for worship, but we must not do that. We should keep on encouraging each other, especially since you know that the day of the Lord's coming is getting closer.
26 No sacrifices can be made for people who decide to sin after they find out about the truth. 27 (G) They are God's enemies, and all they can look forward to is a terrible judgment and a furious fire. 28 (H) If two or more witnesses accused someone of breaking the Law of Moses, that person could be put to death. 29 (I) But it is much worse to dishonor God's Son and to disgrace the blood of the promise that made us holy. And it is just as bad to insult the Holy Spirit, who shows us mercy. 30 (J) We know that God has said he will punish and take revenge. We also know that the Scriptures say the Lord will judge his people. 31 It is a terrible thing to fall into the hands of the living God!
32 Don't forget all the hard times you went through when you first received the light. 33 Sometimes you were abused and mistreated in public, and at other times you shared in the sufferings of others. 34 You were kind to people in jail. And you gladly let your possessions be taken away, because you knew you had something better, something that would last forever.
35 Keep on being brave! It will bring you great rewards. 36 Learn to be patient, so you will please God and be given what he has promised. 37 (K) As the Scriptures say,
“God is coming soon!
It won't be very long.
38 The people God accepts
will live because
of their faith.[b]
But he isn't pleased
with anyone
who turns back.”
39 We are not like those people who turn back and get destroyed. We will keep on having faith until we are saved.
