希伯來書 11:19-21

¹⁹亞伯拉罕認為，神真的能使人從死人中復活。故此，用比喻來說，他真的從死人中得回了以撒。

²⁰同樣因著信，以撒指著將來的事祝福了雅各和以掃。 ²¹因著信，雅各臨死的時候，祝福了約瑟的每個兒子，又倚著自己的杖頭敬拜神^[a]。

Hebrews 11:19-21

King James Version

¹⁹Accounting that God was able to raise him up, even from the dead; from whence also he received him in a figure.

²⁰By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau concerning things to come.

²¹By faith Jacob, when he was a dying, blessed both the sons of Joseph; and worshipped, leaning upon the top of his staff.

¹⁹Abraham reasoned that God could even raise the dead,^(A) and so in a manner of speaking he did receive Isaac back from death.

²⁰By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau in regard to their future.^(B)

²¹By faith Jacob, when he was dying, blessed each of Joseph’s sons,^(C) and worshiped as he leaned on the top of his staff.

¹⁹concluding that God ^(A)was able to raise him up, even from the dead, from which he also received him in a figurative sense.
