7 祂必使耶宾的将军西西拉率领全军和战车到基顺河与你交战，祂必把西西拉交在你手中。” 8 巴拉回答说：“你跟我去，我就去；你不跟我去，我就不去。” 9 底波拉说：“好，我一定与你同去。不过，你这次出征一定得不到荣耀，因为耶和华要把西西拉交在一名妇人手上。”于是，他们一同前往基低斯。

7 I will draw out Sisera, the commander of Jabin’s army, with his chariots and his infantry to meet you at the river Kishon, and I will hand him over to you.’” 8 Then Barak said to her, “If you will go with me, then I will go; but if you will not go with me, I will not go.” 9 She said, “I will certainly go with you; nevertheless, [a]the journey that you are about to take will not be for your honor and glory, because the Lord will sell Sisera into the hand of a woman.” Then Deborah got up and went with Barak to Kedesh.

7 And I will draw unto thee to the river Kishon Sisera, the captain of Jabin's army, with his chariots and his multitude; and I will deliver him into thine hand.
8 And Barak said unto her, If thou wilt go with me, then I will go: but if thou wilt not go with me, then I will not go.
9 And she said, I will surely go with thee: notwithstanding the journey that thou takest shall not be for thine honour; for the Lord shall sell Sisera into the hand of a woman. And Deborah arose, and went with Barak to Kedesh.
