⁸以色列人选择新神，争战的事就临到城门，那时，以色列四万人中岂能见藤牌枪矛呢？ ⁹我心倾向以色列的首领，他们在民中甘心牺牲自己。你们应当颂赞耶和华！ ¹⁰骑白驴的、坐绣花毯子的、行路的，你们都当传扬。

⁸They chose new gods; then was war in the gates: was there a shield or spear seen among forty thousand in Israel?

⁹My heart is toward the governors of Israel, that offered themselves willingly among the people. Bless ye the Lord.

¹⁰Speak, ye that ride on white asses, ye that sit in judgment, and walk by the way.
