19 我是怎麼說呢？豈是說祭偶像之物算得什麼呢？或說偶像算得什麼呢？ 20 我乃是說：外邦人所獻的祭是祭鬼，不是祭神。我不願意你們與鬼相交。 21 你們不能喝主的杯，又喝鬼的杯；不能吃主的筵席，又吃鬼的筵席。

19 Do I mean then that food sacrificed to an idol is anything, or that an idol is anything?(A) 20 No, but the sacrifices of pagans are offered to demons,(B) not to God, and I do not want you to be participants with demons. 21 You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons too; you cannot have a part in both the Lord’s table and the table of demons.(C)
