23 并且我做这一切，都是为了福音的缘故，好使我能成为在福音上一同有份的人。
24 难道你们不知道，赛场上奔跑的人虽然都在跑，但是得奖的只有一个吗？你们也应当这样奔跑，好使你们得着奖赏。 25 每一个参加比赛的人，都要在一切事上自制；不过他们这样做是为了得到会朽坏的冠冕，而我们是为了得到不会朽坏的冠冕。

23 I do all this for the sake of the gospel, that I may share in its blessings.
The Need for Self-Discipline
24 Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize?(A) Run(B) in such a way as to get the prize. 25 Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown(C) that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever.(D)
