10 世界上也许有好多种语言，但没有一种是没有意思的。 11 所以，如果我不明白那语言的意思，那么，对于说话的人，我就是个外族人；对于我，那说话的人也是个外族人。 12 你们也是这样：既然你们对属灵的事[a]是热心人，就应当追求造就教会的事，好让你们能丰足有余。

10 Undoubtedly there are all sorts of languages in the world, yet none of them is without meaning. 11 If then I do not grasp the meaning of what someone is saying, I am a foreigner to the speaker, and the speaker is a foreigner to me.(A) 12 So it is with you. Since you are eager for gifts of the Spirit,(B) try to excel in those that build up(C) the church.
