9 第 五 位 天 使 吹 號 ， 我 就 看 見 一 個 星 從 天 落 到 地 上 ， 有 無 底 坑 的 鑰 匙 賜 給 他 。
2 他 開 了 無 底 坑 ， 便 有 煙 從 坑 裡 往 上 冒 ， 好 像 大 火 爐 的 煙 ； 日 頭 和 天 空 都 因 這 煙 昏 暗 了 。
3 有 蝗 蟲 從 煙 中 出 來 ， 飛 到 地 上 ； 有 能 力 賜 給 他 們 ， 好 像 地 上 蠍 子 的 能 力 一 樣 ，
4 並 且 吩 咐 他 們 說 ， 不 可 傷 害 地 上 的 草 和 各 樣 青 物 ， 並 一 切 樹 木 ， 惟 獨 要 傷 害 額 上 沒 有 神 印 記 的 人 。
5 但 不 許 蝗 蟲 害 死 他 們 ， 只 叫 他 們 受 痛 苦 五 個 月 。 這 痛 苦 就 像 蠍 子 螫 人 的 痛 苦 一 樣 。

第五个号角吹响，第一个灾难
9 第五位天使吹响了号角，我看见一颗星星从天上坠落到地球上。赐给了它打开无底深渊的钥匙。（启示录20:1-3） 2 它一打开深渊，烟就从洞里冒了出来，仿佛是从大熔炉里冒出来似的。因为这深渊的烟，太阳和天空都变得昏暗了。 3 蝗虫从烟中飞出，扑向地上，它们都得到了像地上蝎子一样的能力。 4 但是它们奉命，不可伤害地上的草、植物和树木，只可伤害前额没有上帝印记的人。 5 它们没有被授权去杀死这些人，而是要让这些人受五个月的罪。这种痛苦就像蝎蜇一样疼痛难忍。 6 在这五个月里，他们求死不得，欲死不能。

13 第六位天使吹响号角，我听到从上帝面前金祭坛的四角发出一个声音， 14 吩咐第六位手拿号角的天使说∶“把绑在幼发拉底大河的四位天使释放掉。” 15 于是，他们被释放了。他们早就被准备好，要在此年、此月、此日，被释放，好去杀掉地上三分之一的人。 16 我听说他们有两亿骑兵。
17 在异象中，骑手和战马看上去就像这样：骑手的胸甲红似火，蓝的像蓝宝石，黄的像硫磺。马头像狮子的头，口吐烈火、浓烟和硫磺。 18 这三样瘟疫杀死了地上三分之一的人。 19 马的威力集中在马口和马尾上。因为马尾像有头的蛇，它们以此来伤人。
20 剩下那些没有被杀的人，仍然不肯为他们双手所做的事忏悔。他们还不停地崇拜魔鬼和用金银铜铁、木头石块做的那些不能看、不能听、不能动的偶像。 21 他们也不为自己的谋杀、巫术、淫乱和偷窃行为而忏悔。

9 第五位天使吹号，我就看见一颗星从天上落到地上，有无底坑的钥匙赐给它。 2 它开了无底坑，就有烟从坑里冒出来，好象大火炉的烟，太阳和天空因这坑的烟就都变黑了。 3 有蝗虫从烟里出来到了地上；有能力赐给牠们，好象地上蝎子的能力一样。 4 有话吩咐牠们，不可伤害地上的草，和所有青翠的东西，以及所有的树木，只可伤害那些额上没有 神印记的人。 5 蝗虫没有能力杀死他们，只可使他们受痛苦五个月。他们的痛苦就像人给蝎子螫了的痛苦一样。 6 在那些日子，人要求死，却决不得死；切愿要死，死却远离他们。

9 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.
2 And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.
3 And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.
4 And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.
5 And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.
6 And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.
7 And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men.
8 And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions.
9 And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle.
10 And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months.
11 And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.
12 One woe is past; and, behold, there come two woes more hereafter.
13 And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God,
14 Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.
15 And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.
16 And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.
17 And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone.
18 By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths.
19 For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt.
20 And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:
21 Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.
