3 “你要给那在萨迪斯教会的使者[a]写信说：
“那位有神的七个灵和七颗星的，这样说：我知道你的行为，你名义上是活的，其实你是死的。 2 你当警醒，坚固那些剩余的、快要死去的人[b]。实际上，我看出你的行为在我的神面前是不完全的； 3 所以你应当记住你所领受、所听见的是什么；你应当持守，应当悔改。如果你不警醒，我就要来临，就像贼来临那样；而你绝不会知道我什么时候临到你。

To the Church in Sardis
3 “To the angel[a] of the church in Sardis(A) write:
These are the words of him who holds the seven spirits[b](B) of God and the seven stars.(C) I know your deeds;(D) you have a reputation of being alive, but you are dead.(E) 2 Wake up! Strengthen what remains and is about to die, for I have found your deeds unfinished in the sight of my God. 3 Remember, therefore, what you have received and heard; hold it fast, and repent.(F) But if you do not wake up, I will come like a thief,(G) and you will not know at what time(H) I will come to you.
