亚伦后裔之班次
24 亚伦子孙的班次记在下面。亚伦的儿子是拿答、亚比户、以利亚撒、以他玛。 2 拿答、亚比户死在他们父亲之先，没有留下儿子，故此以利亚撒、以他玛供祭司的职分。 3 以利亚撒的子孙撒督和以他玛的子孙亚希米勒，同着大卫将他们的族弟兄分成班次。 4 以利亚撒子孙中为首的比以他玛子孙中为首的更多，分班如下：以利亚撒的子孙中有十六个族长，以他玛的子孙中有八个族长； 5 都掣签分立，彼此一样，在圣所和神面前做首领的有以利亚撒的子孙，也有以他玛的子孙。 6 做书记的利未人拿坦业的儿子示玛雅，在王和首领与祭司撒督，亚比亚他的儿子亚希米勒，并祭司、利未人的族长面前记录他们的名字，在以利亚撒的子孙中取一族，在以他玛的子孙中取一族。
7 掣签的时候，第一掣出来的是耶何雅立，第二是耶大雅， 8 第三是哈琳，第四是梭琳， 9 第五是玛基雅，第六是米雅民， 10 第七是哈歌斯，第八是亚比雅， 11 第九是耶书亚，第十是示迦尼， 12 第十一是以利亚实，第十二是雅金， 13 第十三是胡巴，第十四是耶是比押， 14 第十五是璧迦，第十六是音麦， 15 第十七是希悉，第十八是哈辟悉， 16 第十九是毗他希雅，第二十是以西结， 17 第二十一是雅斤，第二十二是迦末， 18 第二十三是第来雅，第二十四是玛西亚。 19 这就是他们的班次，要照耶和华以色列的神借他们祖宗亚伦所吩咐的条例，进入耶和华的殿办理事务。

20 利未其余的子孙如下：暗兰的子孙里有书巴业，书巴业的子孙里有耶希底亚， 21 利哈比雅的子孙里有长子伊示雅； 22 以斯哈的子孙里有示罗摩，示罗摩的子孙里有雅哈； 23 希伯伦的子孙里有长子耶利雅，次子亚玛利亚，三子雅哈悉，四子耶加面； 24 乌薛的子孙里有米迦，米迦的子孙里有沙密， 25 米迦的兄弟是伊示雅，伊示雅的子孙里有撒迦利雅。 26 米拉利的儿子是抹利、母示、雅西雅。雅西雅的儿子有比挪， 27 米拉利的子孙里有雅西雅的儿子比挪、朔含、撒刻、伊比利； 28 抹利的儿子是以利亚撒，以利亚撒没有儿子， 29 基士的子孙里有耶拉篾； 30 母示的儿子是末力、以得、耶利摩。按着宗族，这都是利未的子孙。 31 他们在大卫王和撒督并亚希米勒，与祭司、利未人的族长面前掣签，正如他们弟兄亚伦的子孙一般，各族的长者与兄弟没有分别。

제사장들의 직무상 분류
24 아론의 후손인 제사장들은 아론의 아들인 엘르아살과 이다말의 이름
2 을 따서 엘르아살 계통과 이다말 계통으로 나누어졌다. 나답과 아비후도 아론의 아들이었으나 그들은 자기들의 아버지가 죽기 전에 죽었고 자식이 없었다. 그래서 엘르아살과 이다말만이 제사장 직분을 수행하게 되었다.
3 다윗왕은 엘르아살 계통을 대표하는 사독과 이다말 계통을 대표하는 아히멜렉과 상의하여 아론의 자손들을 그들의 직무에 따라 여러 반으로 분류하였다.
4 엘르아살의 자손들은 16반으로 조직되고 이다말의 자손들은 8반으로 조직되었다. 이것은 엘르아살의 자손들 가운데 집안의 족장들이 더 많았기 때문이었다.
5 그리고 성전에서 일할 유능한 인재들이 엘르아살 계통에도 있고 이다말 계통에도 있었기 때문에 모든 업무는 제비를 뽑아 공평하게 맡았다.
6 엘르아살과 이다말의 자손들은 차례대로 제비를 뽑았으며 레위 사람 느다넬의 아들인 서기관 스마야는 제비 뽑힌 순서대로 그들의 이름을 기록하고 또 왕과 신하들과 제사장 사독과 아비아달의 아들 아히멜렉과 그리고 제사장 집안의 족장들과 레위 집안의 족장들은 모두 그것을 지켜 보고 있었다.
7 제비는 가족 단위로 뽑았는데 제비가 뽑힌 순서대로 반장의 이름을 나열하면 다음과 같다: 첫째 여호야립, 둘째 여다야,
8 셋째 하림, 넷째 스오림,
9 다섯째 말기야, 여섯째 미야민,
10 일곱째 학고스, 여덟째 아비야,
11 아홉째 예수아, 열째 스가냐,
12 열한째 엘리아십, 열두째 야김,
13 열셋째 바, 열넷째 예세브압,
14 열다섯째 빌가, 열여섯째 임멜,

17 스물한째 야긴, 스물두째 가물,
18 스물셋째 들라야, 스물넷째는 마아시야였다.
19 이들은 이스라엘의 하나님 여호와께서 그들의 조상 아론을 통해 명령하신 규정대로 성전 직무를 수행하였다.

23 헤브론의 장남 여리야, 둘째 아마랴, 셋째 야하시엘, 넷째 여가므암,
24 웃시엘의 아들 미가, 미가의 아들 사밀,
25 미가의 동생 잇시야, 잇시야의 아들 스가랴,
26 므라리의 아들인 마흘리와 무시, 야아시야의 아들 브노,
27 야아시야의 또 다른 아들인 소함과 삭굴과 이브리,
28 마흘리의 아들로서 자식이 없었던 엘르아살,
29 기스의 아들 여라므엘,
30 그리고 무시의 아들인 마흘리, 에델, 여리못이었다. 이들은 모두 등록된 레위 집안의 자손들로서
31 아론의 자손들과 마찬가지로 자기들의 임무를 맡기 위해 나이와 신분의 구별 없이 제비를 뽑았는데 이 때에도 다윗왕과 사독과 아히멜렉과 그리고 제사장과 레위 집안의 족장들이 그것을 지켜 보고 있었다.

祭司的职务
24 下面是亚伦子孙的班次。亚伦的儿子是拿答、亚比户、以利亚撒、以他玛。 2 拿答和亚比户比父亲先死，而且没有留下儿子，因此以利亚撒和以他玛做了祭司。 3 在以利亚撒的子孙撒督和以他玛的子孙亚希米勒的协助下，大卫将亚伦的子孙分成班次，让他们各司其职。 4 以利亚撒的子孙中做首领的比以他玛的子孙中做首领的多，他们被分成班次，以利亚撒的子孙中有十六个族长，以他玛的子孙中有八个族长。 5 因为以利亚撒的子孙中和以他玛的子孙中都有人在圣所做首领事奉上帝，他们便用抽签的方法公平地分班，分别在以利亚撒和以他玛家族中抽签。 6 利未人拿坦业的儿子示玛雅是书记。他在君王、首领、撒督祭司、亚比亚他的儿子亚希米勒、众祭司和利未人的族长面前把抽出的名字记录下来。

The Divisions of Priests
24 These were the divisions(A) of the descendants of Aaron:(B)
The sons of Aaron were Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.(C) 2 But Nadab and Abihu died before their father did,(D) and they had no sons; so Eleazar and Ithamar served as the priests. 3 With the help of Zadok(E) a descendant of Eleazar and Ahimelek a descendant of Ithamar, David separated them into divisions for their appointed order of ministering. 4 A larger number of leaders were found among Eleazar’s descendants than among Ithamar’s, and they were divided accordingly: sixteen heads of families from Eleazar’s descendants and eight heads of families from Ithamar’s descendants. 5 They divided them impartially by casting lots,(F) for there were officials of the sanctuary and officials of God among the descendants of both Eleazar and Ithamar.
6 The scribe Shemaiah son of Nethanel, a Levite, recorded their names in the presence of the king and of the officials: Zadok the priest, Ahimelek(G) son of Abiathar and the heads of families of the priests and of the Levites—one family being taken from Eleazar and then one from Ithamar.
7 The first lot fell to Jehoiarib,
the second to Jedaiah,(H)
8 the third to Harim,(I)
the fourth to Seorim,
9 the fifth to Malkijah,
the sixth to Mijamin,
10 the seventh to Hakkoz,
the eighth to Abijah,(J)
11 the ninth to Jeshua,
the tenth to Shekaniah,
12 the eleventh to Eliashib,
the twelfth to Jakim,
13 the thirteenth to Huppah,
the fourteenth to Jeshebeab,
14 the fifteenth to Bilgah,
the sixteenth to Immer,(K)
15 the seventeenth to Hezir,(L)
the eighteenth to Happizzez,
16 the nineteenth to Pethahiah,
the twentieth to Jehezkel,
17 the twenty-first to Jakin,
the twenty-second to Gamul,
18 the twenty-third to Delaiah
and the twenty-fourth to Maaziah.
19 This was their appointed order of ministering when they entered the temple of the Lord, according to the regulations prescribed for them by their ancestor Aaron, as the Lord, the God of Israel, had commanded him.
The Rest of the Levites
20 As for the rest of the descendants of Levi:(M)
from the sons of Amram: Shubael;
from the sons of Shubael: Jehdeiah.
21 As for Rehabiah,(N) from his sons:
Ishiah was the first.
22 From the Izharites: Shelomoth;
from the sons of Shelomoth: Jahath.
23 The sons of Hebron:(O) Jeriah the first,[a] Amariah the second, Jahaziel the third and Jekameam the fourth.
24 The son of Uzziel: Micah;
from the sons of Micah: Shamir.
25 The brother of Micah: Ishiah;
from the sons of Ishiah: Zechariah.
26 The sons of Merari:(P) Mahli and Mushi.
The son of Jaaziah: Beno.
27 The sons of Merari:
from Jaaziah: Beno, Shoham, Zakkur and Ibri.
28 From Mahli: Eleazar, who had no sons.
29 From Kish: the son of Kish:
Jerahmeel.
30 And the sons of Mushi: Mahli, Eder and Jerimoth.
These were the Levites, according to their families. 31 They also cast lots,(Q) just as their relatives the descendants of Aaron did, in the presence of King David and of Zadok, Ahimelek, and the heads of families of the priests and of the Levites. The families of the oldest brother were treated the same as those of the youngest.
