20 亚 当 给 他 妻 子 起 名 叫 夏 娃 ， 因 为 他 是 众 生 之 母 。
21 耶 和 华 神 为 亚 当 和 他 妻 子 用 皮 子 作 衣 服 给 他 们 穿 。

19 By the sweat of your brow(A)
you will eat your food(B)
until you return to the ground,
since from it you were taken;
for dust you are
and to dust you will return.”(C)
20 Adam[a] named his wife Eve,[b](D) because she would become the mother of all the living.
21 The Lord God made garments of skin for Adam and his wife and clothed them.(E)
