亞當的後代
5 以下是關於亞當後代的記載。
上帝造人的時候，是照祂自己的形像造的。 2 祂造了男人和女人，又賜福給他們，在創造他們的那日稱他們為「人」。 3 亞當一百三十歲生了一子，長相酷似自己，給他取名叫塞特。 4 亞當生了塞特以後，又活了八百年，生兒育女， 5 九百三十歲去世。
6 塞特一百零五歲生以挪士， 7 之後又活了八百零七年，生兒育女， 8 九百一十二歲去世。
9 以挪士九十歲生該南， 10 之後又活了八百一十五年，生兒育女， 11 九百零五歲去世。
12 該南七十歲生瑪勒列， 13 之後又活了八百四十年，生兒育女， 14 九百一十歲去世。
15 瑪勒列六十五歲生雅列， 16 之後又活了八百三十年，生兒育女， 17 八百九十五歲去世。
18 雅列一百六十二歲生以諾， 19 之後又活了八百年，生兒育女， 20 九百六十二歲去世。
21 以諾六十五歲生瑪土撒拉， 22 之後與上帝親密同行三百年，生兒育女， 23 共活了三百六十五年。 24 以諾與上帝親密同行，後來被上帝接去，不在世上了。
25 瑪土撒拉一百八十七歲生拉麥， 26 之後又活了七百八十二年，生兒育女， 27 九百六十九歲去世。
28 拉麥一百八十二歲生了一個兒子， 29 取名叫挪亞[a]，他說：「耶和華咒詛了大地，以致我們艱辛勞苦，這孩子必使我們從艱辛勞苦中得安慰。」 30 拉麥生挪亞之後，又活了五百九十五年，生兒育女， 31 七百七十七歲去世。
32 挪亞五百歲生閃、含和雅弗。

5 Ésta es la lista de los descendientes de Adán. Cuando Dios creó al hombre, lo hizo semejante a él; 2 los creó varón y mujer, y les dio su bendición. El día en que fueron creados, Dios dijo: «Se llamarán hombres.»
3 Adán tenía ciento treinta años cuando nació su hijo, al que llamó Set, y que era semejante a él en todo. 4 Después de esto, Adán vivió ochocientos años más, y tuvo otros hijos e hijas; 5 así que vivió novecientos treinta años en total. A esa edad murió.
6 Set tenía ciento cinco años cuando nació su hijo Enós. 7 Después de esto, Set vivió ochocientos siete años más, y tuvo otros hijos e hijas; 8 así que vivió novecientos doce años en total. A esa edad murió.
9 Enós tenía noventa años cuando nació su hijo Cainán. 10 Después de esto, Enós vivió ochocientos quince años más, y tuvo otros hijos e hijas; 11 así que vivió novecientos cinco años en total. A esa edad murió.
12 Cainán tenía setenta años cuando nació su hijo Mahalalel. 13 Después de esto, Cainán vivió ochocientos cuarenta años más, y tuvo otros hijos e hijas; 14 así que vivió novecientos diez años en total. A esa edad murió.
15 Mahalalel tenía sesenta y cinco años cuando nació su hijo Jéred. 16 Después de esto, Mahalalel vivió ochocientos treinta años más, y tuvo otros hijos e hijas; 17 así que vivió ochocientos noventa y cinco años en total. A esa edad murió.
18 Jéred tenía ciento sesenta y dos años cuando nació su hijo Henoc. 19 Después de esto, Jéred vivió ochocientos años más, y tuvo otros hijos e hijas; 20 así que vivió novecientos sesenta y dos años en total. A esa edad murió.
21 Henoc tenía sesenta y cinco años de edad cuando nació su hijo Matusalén. 22 Henoc vivió de acuerdo con la voluntad de Dios. Después que Matusalén nació, Henoc vivió trescientos años más, y tuvo otros hijos e hijas; 23 así que vivió trescientos sesenta y cinco años en total. 24 Como Henoc vivió de acuerdo con la voluntad de Dios, un día desapareció porque Dios se lo llevó.
25 Matusalén tenía ciento ochenta y siete años cuando nació su hijo Lámec. 26 Después de esto, Matusalén vivió setecientos ochenta y dos años más, y tuvo otros hijos e hijas; 27 así que vivió novecientos sesenta y nueve años en total. A esa edad murió.
28 Lámec tenía ciento ochenta y dos años cuando nació un hijo suyo, 29 al que llamó Noé, porque dijo: «El Señor maldijo la tierra, y tenemos que trabajar muy duro para cultivarla; pero este niño nos hará descansar.» 30 Después que Noé nació, Lámec vivió quinientos noventa y cinco años más, y tuvo otros hijos e hijas; 31 así que vivió setecientos setenta y siete años en total. A esa edad murió.
32 Noé tenía ya quinientos años cuando nacieron sus hijos Sem, Cam y Jafet.

5 This is the book of the (B)genealogy of Adam. In the day that God created man, He made him in (C)the likeness of God. 2 He created them (D)male and female, and (E)blessed them and called them Mankind in the day they were created. 3 And Adam lived one hundred and thirty years, and begot a son (F)in his own likeness, after his image, and (G)named him Seth. 4 After he begot Seth, (H)the days of Adam were eight hundred years; (I)and he had sons and daughters. 5 So all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years; (J)and he died.
6 Seth lived one hundred and five years, and begot (K)Enosh. 7 After he begot Enosh, Seth lived eight hundred and seven years, and had sons and daughters. 8 So all the days of Seth were nine hundred and twelve years; and he died.
9 Enosh lived ninety years, and begot [a]Cainan. 10 After he begot Cainan, Enosh lived eight hundred and fifteen years, and had sons and daughters. 11 So all the days of Enosh were nine hundred and five years; and he died.
12 Cainan lived seventy years, and begot Mahalalel. 13 After he begot Mahalalel, Cainan lived eight hundred and forty years, and had sons and daughters. 14 So all the days of Cainan were nine hundred and ten years; and he died.
15 Mahalalel lived sixty-five years, and begot Jared. 16 After he begot Jared, Mahalalel lived eight hundred and thirty years, and had sons and daughters. 17 So all the days of Mahalalel were eight hundred and ninety-five years; and he died.
18 Jared lived one hundred and sixty-two years, and begot (L)Enoch. 19 After he begot Enoch, Jared lived eight hundred years, and had sons and daughters. 20 So all the days of Jared were nine hundred and sixty-two years; and he died.
21 Enoch lived sixty-five years, and begot Methuselah. 22 After he begot Methuselah, Enoch (M)walked with God three hundred years, and had sons and daughters. 23 So all the days of Enoch were three hundred and sixty-five years. 24 And (N)Enoch walked with God; and he was not, for God (O)took him.
25 Methuselah lived one hundred and eighty-seven years, and begot Lamech. 26 After he begot Lamech, Methuselah lived seven hundred and eighty-two years, and had sons and daughters. 27 So all the days of Methuselah were nine hundred and sixty-nine years; and he died.
28 Lamech lived one hundred and eighty-two years, and had a son. 29 And he called his name (P)Noah,[b] saying, “This one will comfort us concerning our work and the toil of our hands, because of the ground (Q)which the Lord has cursed.” 30 After he begot Noah, Lamech lived five hundred and ninety-five years, and had sons and daughters. 31 So all the days of Lamech were seven hundred and seventy-seven years; and he died.
32 And Noah was five hundred years old, and Noah begot (R)Shem, Ham, (S)and Japheth.
