26 “你们不可为自己做偶像，不可为自己立雕像或神柱，也不可在你们的境内安置石像，向它跪拜；因为我是耶和华你们的 神。 2 你们要遵守我的安息日；敬畏我的圣所；我是耶和华。 3 你们遵行我的律例，谨守我的诫命，遵照奉行， 4 我就按时给你们降下雨露，使地生出土产，田野的树木也结果实。 5 你们打禾，必打到摘葡萄的时候，摘葡萄必摘到撒种的时候；你们吃食物，吃得饱足，在你们的境内安然居住。 6 我必使你们境内太平；你们睡觉，没有人惊吓你们；我使恶兽在境内绝迹；刀剑也不经过你们的地。 7 你们必追赶仇敌，他们必在你们面前倒在刀下。 8 你们五个人必追赶一百人，一百人必追赶一万人；你们的仇敌必在你们面前倒在刀下。 9 我眷顾你们，使你们繁衍增多，也必坚立我与你们所立的约。 10 你们吃久藏的旧粮，要挪出旧粮，腾空给新粮。 11 我必在你们中间安置我的居所，我的心也不厌弃你们。 12 我要在你们中间行走；我要作你们的 神，你们要作我的子民。 13 我是耶和华你们的 神，曾经把你们从埃及地领出来，使你们不再作他们的奴仆；我折断了你们所负的轭，使你们挺身昂首地行走。

14 “但如果你们不听从我，不遵行这一切诫命； 15 如果你们弃绝我的律例，你们的心厌弃我的典章，不遵行我的一切诫命，违背我的约， 16 我就要这样待你们：我必命惊慌临到你们，痨病热病使你们眼目昏花，心灵憔悴；你们必徒然撒种，因为你们的仇敌必吃尽你们的出产。 17 我向你们变脸，你们就败在仇敌面前；恨恶你们的要管辖你们；虽然没有人追赶，你们仍然逃跑。 18 经过这些以后，如果你们还不听从我，我就要因你们的罪加重七倍管教你们。 19 我必粉碎你们夸耀的力量；我要使你们的天像铁，你们的地像铜； 20 你们的气力徒然用尽；你们的地不出产，境内的树也不结果实。
21 “如果你们行事为人与我的心意相违，不肯听从我，我就要按着你们的罪，使灾祸加重七倍地临到你们。 22 打发野地的走兽到你们中间，夺去你们的儿女，残害你们的牲畜，减少你们的人口，使你们的道路荒凉。
23 “但如果你们经过这些事仍然不归向我，行事仍与我的心意相违， 24 我也要与你们作对，按着你们的罪，再加重七倍击打你们； 25 使刀剑临到你们，报复背约的仇；聚集你们到城里，好使我打发瘟疫在你们中间，把你们交在仇敌的手里。 26 我断绝你们的粮食来源（“我断绝你们的粮食来源”直译是“我要折断你们粮食的杖”）以后，十个女人要共用一个炉子给你们烤饼，她们配给定量的饼给你们；你们要吃，却吃不饱。
27 “如果你们经过这事，还是不听从我，行事仍与我的心意相违， 28 我就必发烈怒，与你们作对；我要按着你们的罪，再加重七倍管教你们。 29 你们要吃自己儿子的肉，女儿的肉也要吃。 30 我必毁坏你们的邱坛，砍倒你们的香坛，把你们的尸体扔在你们仆倒的偶像上面；我的心必厌弃你们。 31 我必使你们的城市变为荒场，使你们的圣所荒凉；我也不闻你们馨香的祭。 32 我要使地荒凉，连住在那里的仇敌也惊奇。 33 我要把你们分散在万国中，我又拔出刀来追赶你们；你们的地成为荒凉，你们的城市变成荒场。
34 “当那地荒凉，你们又住在仇敌之地的时候，地就享受安息；那地要休歇，享受安息。 35 因为你们居住在那里的时候，地不能在你们的安息年中享受安息，唯有在荒凉的日子，才可享安息。 36 至于你们剩下的人，我必使他们在仇敌之地胆战心惊；风吹落叶也会吓跑他们；他们必逃跑，好象逃避刀剑一样；虽然无人追赶，他们却跌倒。 37 虽然无人追赶，他们却像面临刀剑，彼此撞跌；你们在仇敌面前，不能站立得住。 38 你们要在万国中灭亡；仇敌之地必吞灭你们。 39 你们剩下的人，必因自己的罪孽在仇敌之地消灭，也因犯了祖先的罪孽日渐衰弱。

40 “那时他们就会承认自己的罪孽和他们祖先的罪孽，就是他们对我不忠的过犯，又承认因为行事与我的心意相违， 41 以致我也与他们作对，把他们带到他们的仇敌之地。如果他们未受割礼的心这样谦卑下来，情愿接受他们罪孽的刑罚， 42 我就记念我与雅各所立的约，记念我与以撒所立的约，与亚伯拉罕所立的约；我也记念这地。 43 他们会离开这地，地在荒凉无人的时候，就可以享受安息，同时他们要接受他们罪孽的刑罚，因为他们弃绝了我的典章，他们的心厌弃了我的律例。 44 虽然这样，他们住在仇敌之地的时候，我还是不弃绝他们，也不厌弃他们，不把他们灭绝，我不会违背我与他们所立的约；因为我是耶和华他们的 神。 45 因为他们的缘故，我要记念我与他们祖先所立的约；他们的祖先是我在列国眼前，从埃及地领出来的，为要作他们的 神；我是耶和华。”

26 »No tendrán ídolos. No adorarán imágenes talladas, ni estatuas ni piedras esculpidas, porque yo soy el Señor su Dios.
2 »Obedecerán mis leyes acerca del día de descanso y tendrán mucha reverencia hacia mi santuario; porque yo soy el Señor.
3 »Si obedecen todos mis mandamientos, 4-5 yo les daré las lluvias con regularidad, la tierra producirá cosechas abundantes, y los árboles darán frutos por más tiempo que el normal. Aún estarán madurando las uvas cuando llegue el tiempo de la siembra. Comerán hasta saciarse, y vivirán seguros en la tierra, 6 porque yo les daré paz y podrán dormir sin temor. Haré desaparecer los animales peligrosos, 7 y ustedes perseguirán a sus enemigos y los matarán a espada. 8 Cinco de ustedes perseguirán a cien, y cien de ustedes perseguirán a diez mil. Derrotarán a todos sus enemigos.
9 »Yo los cuidaré, los multiplicaré y cumpliré mi pacto con ustedes. 10 Tendrán cosechas tan abundantes que no sabrán qué hacer con ellas cuando llegue el tiempo de la nueva cosecha. 11 Yo viviré en medio de ustedes, y no los despreciaré. 12 Caminaré en medio de ustedes y seré su Dios, y ustedes serán mi pueblo. 13 Porque yo soy el Señor su Dios que los sacó de Egipto, y no permitiré que sean esclavos nuevamente. He roto sus cadenas, y haré que anden con dignidad.

14 »Pero si no escuchan lo que les digo y no me obedecen, 15 sino que rechazan mis leyes, 16 esto es lo que les haré: Los castigaré con terrores repentinos, con tuberculosis y otras enfermedades, les arderán los ojos y la vida se les consumirá. Sembrarán en vano, porque sus enemigos se comerán sus cosechas. 17 Me volveré contra ustedes, y huirán delante de sus enemigos. Los que los odian los gobernarán, y ustedes huirán sin que nadie los persiga.
18 »Si persisten en su desobediencia, los castigaré siete veces más fuerte por su pecado. 19 Quebrantaré su orgulloso poder, y haré que el cielo sea como acero y la tierra como bronce. 20 Gastarán sus fuerzas en vano, porque la tierra no producirá, ni sus árboles darán fruto.
21 »Si aún después de esto no me obedecen ni oyen mis palabras, recibirán como retribución por su pecado siete veces más plagas. 22 Enviaré animales salvajes que matarán a sus hijos y destruirán su ganado, y reducirán el número de ustedes, de tal modo que sus caminos quedarán desiertos.
23 »Si después de esto aún no están dispuestos a obedecer, sino que continúan procediendo en contra de mi voluntad, 24 yo, entonces, procederé en contra de sus deseos, y personalmente los castigaré siete veces más fuerte por su pecado. 25 Haré que todo el castigo anunciado en mi ley caiga sobre ustedes. Huirán a las ciudades y enviaré plagas contra ustedes allí. Serán conquistados por sus enemigos. 26 Destruiré sus abastecimientos de alimento, de modo que un horno será suficiente para cocer el pan de diez familias, y tendrán hambre después que les hayan dado su ración.
27 »Si después de esto no prestan atención ni me obedecen, 28 desataré mi gran ira, y enviaré siete veces más castigos por sus pecados. 29 Se comerán a sus hijos e hijas, 30 y destruiré los altares de los lugares altos donde adoran ídolos, derribaré sus altares de incienso, y dejaré que sus cadáveres se pudran en medio de sus ídolos. Y los aborreceré. 31 Haré que sus ciudades queden desiertas, destruiré los lugares de adoración, y no responderé a sus ofrendas de incienso. 32 Sí, yo desolaré su tierra, y sus enemigos vivirán en ella, y se asombrarán de lo que yo haya hecho. 33 Los esparciré entre las naciones, y los destruiré. Sus tierras serán desoladas y sus ciudades quedarán destruidas. 34-35 Entonces la tierra tendrá el descanso que ustedes le negaron. Porque descansará mientras ustedes estén cautivos en tierras enemigas. Sí, la tierra descansará y gozará de sus descansos. Recibirá el descanso que ustedes no le dieron cada siete años, mientras vivían en ella.
36 »A los que queden vivos, haré que sean llevados a tierras distantes como prisioneros de guerra y esclavos. Allí vivirán en constante temor. Una hoja que caiga arrastrada por el viento hará que huyan como si fueran perseguidos por un hombre armado con espada. Huirán cuando nadie los persiga. 37 Aun cuando nadie los persiga, huirán y tropezarán unos con otros. No tendrán fuerza alguna para hacer frente a sus enemigos. 38 Perecerán en medio de las naciones; serán destruidos por sus enemigos. 39 Los que queden, morirán y se pudrirán en un país enemigo, debido a sus propios pecados y a los pecados de sus padres.
40-41 »Pero si se arrepienten y confiesan sus pecados y los pecados con los que sus padres me traicionaron, y que fueron la causa para que yo los sacara de su tierra y los hiciera ir a un país extraño, 42 entonces yo recordaré nuevamente las promesas que les hice a Abraham, a Isaac y a Jacob, y recordaré la tierra y su desolación. 43 La tierra gozará de su descanso mientras esté abandonada. Pero tendrán que reconocer que el castigo que recibieron fue debido a que rechazaron mis leyes.
44 »A pesar de todo lo que hayan hecho, yo no los destruiré totalmente ni desecharé mi pacto con ellos, porque yo soy el Señor su Dios. 45 Por amor a sus antepasados, yo recordaré las promesas que les hice de ser su Dios. Yo saqué a sus padres de Egipto mientras todas las naciones los contemplaban maravilladas. Yo soy el Señor».
46 Estas fueron las leyes, ordenanzas e instrucciones que el Señor le dio al pueblo de Israel por medio de Moisés, en el monte Sinaí.

26 1 Idolatry forbidden. 3 A blessing to them that keep the commandments. 14 The curse to them that break them. 42 God promiseth to remember his covenant.
1 Ye shall make you none idols nor graven image, neither rear you up any (A)pillar, neither shall ye set [a]any image of stone in your land to bow down to it: for I am the Lord your God.
2 Ye shall keep my Sabbaths, and (B)reverence my Sanctuary: I am the Lord.
3 ¶ (C)If ye walk in mine ordinances, and keep my commandments, and do them,
4 I will then send you [b]rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall give their fruit.
5 And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto sowing time, and you shall eat your bread in plenteousness, and dwell in your land safely.
6 And I will send peace in the land, and ye shall sleep, and none (D)shall make you afraid: also I [c]will rid evil beasts out of the land, and the [d]sword shall not go through your land.
7 Also ye shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you upon the sword.
8 (E)And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight, and your enemies shall fall before you upon the sword.
9 For [e]I will have respect unto you, and make you increase, and multiply you, and [f]stablish my covenant with you.
10 Ye shall eat also old store, and carry out old because of the new.
11 (F)And I will set my [g]Tabernacle among you, and my soul shall not loathe you.
12 Also I will walk among you, and I will be your God, and ye shall be my people.
13 I am the Lord your God which have brought you out of the land of Egypt, that ye should not be their bondmen, and I have broken the [h]bonds of your yoke, and made you go upright.
14 ¶ (G)But if ye will not obey me, nor do all these commandments,
15 And if ye shall despise mine ordinances, either if your soul abhor my laws, so that ye will not do all my Commandments, but break my [i]Covenant,
16 Then will I also do this unto you, I will appoint over you [j]fearfulness, a consumption, and the burning ague to consume the eyes, and make the heart heavy, and you shall sow your seed in vain: for your enemies shall eat it:
17 And I will set [k]my face against you, and ye shall fall before your enemies, and they that hate you, shall reign over you, (H)and ye shall flee when none pursueth you.
18 And if ye will not for these things obey me, then will I punish you [l]seven times more, according to your sins,
19 And I will break the pride of your power, and I will make your heaven as [m]iron, and your earth as brass:
20 And your [n]strength shall be spent in vain: neither shall your land give her increase, neither shall the trees of the land give their fruit.
21 ¶ And if ye walk [o]stubbornly against me, and will not obey me, I will then bring seven times more plagues upon you, according to your sins.
22 I will also send wild beasts upon you, which shall [p]spoil you, and destroy your cattle, and make you few in number: so your [q]highways shall be desolate.
23 Yet if by these ye will not be reformed by me, but walk stubbornly against me,
24 Then will I also walk (I)stubbornly against you, and I will smite you yet seven times for your sins:
25 And I will send a sword upon you, that shall avenge the quarrel of my Covenant: and when ye are gathered in your cities, I will send the pestilence among you, and ye shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy.
26 When I shall break the [r]staff of your bread, then ten women shall bake your bread in one [s]oven, and they shall deliver your bread again by weight, and ye shall eat, but not be satisfied.
27 Yet if ye will not for this obey me, but walk against me stubbornly,
28 Then will I walk stubbornly in mine anger against you, and I will also chastise you seven times more according to your sins.
29 (J)And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye devour.
30 I will also destroy your high places, and (K)cut away your images, and cast your carcasses upon the [t]bodies of your idols, and my soul shall abhor you.
31 And I will make your cities desolate, and bring your Sanctuary unto naught, and [u]will not smell the savor of your sweet odors.
32 I will also bring the land unto a wilderness, and your enemies which dwell therein, shall be astonished thereat.
33 Also I will scatter you among the heathen, and [v]will draw out a sword after you, and your land shall be waste, and your cities shall be desolate.
34 Then shall the land enjoy her (L)Sabbaths, as long as it lieth void, and ye shall be in your enemies’ land: then shall the land rest, and enjoy her Sabbaths.
35 All the days that it lieth void, it shall rest, because it did not rest in your [w]Sabbaths, when ye dwelt upon it.
36 And upon them that are left of you, I will send even a [x]faintness into their hearts in the land of your enemies, and the sound of a leaf shaken shall chase them, and they shall [y]flee as fleeing from a sword, and they shall fall, no man pursuing them.
37 They shall fall also one upon another, as before a sword, though none pursue them, and ye shall not be able to stand before your enemies:
38 And ye shall perish among the heathen, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up.
39 And they that are left of you, shall pine away for their iniquity, in your enemies’ lands, and for the iniquities of their fathers shall they pine away with [z]them also.
40 Then they shall confess their iniquity, and the wickedness of their fathers for their trespass, which they have trespassed against me, and also because they have walked stubbornly against me.
41 Therefore I will walk stubbornly against them, and bring them into the land of their enemies: so then their uncircumcised hearts shall be humbled, and then they shall [aa]willingly bear the punishment of their iniquity.
42 Then I will remember my Covenant with Jacob, and my Covenant also with Isaac, and also my Covenant with Abraham will I remember, and will remember the land.
43 [ab]The land also in the mean season shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her Sabbaths while she lieth waste without them, but they shall willingly suffer the punishment of their iniquity, because they despised my Laws, and because their soul abhorred mine ordinances.
44 Yet notwithstanding this, when they shall be in the land of their enemies, (M)I will not cast them away, neither will I abhor them, to destroy them utterly, nor to break my Covenant with them: for I am the Lord their God:
45 But I will remember for them the [ac]Covenant of old, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the heathen, that I might be their God: I am the Lord.
46 These are the Ordinances, and the Judgments, and the Laws, which the Lord made between him, and the children of Israel, in mount [ad]Sinai by the hand of Moses.
