8 他要把它们带到祭司那里,祭司要先用一只鸟献赎罪祭,要扭断鸟脖子,但不可扯掉头。 9 要把一些鸟血洒在祭坛边,剩下的血要倒在坛脚旁。这是赎罪祭。 10 祭司要依照献燔祭的条例献上另一只鸟。这样,祭司为他赎了罪,他就会得到赦免。

Leviticus 5:8-10
New International Version
8 They are to bring them to the priest, who shall first offer the one for the sin offering. He is to wring its head from its neck,(A) not dividing it completely,(B) 9 and is to splash(C) some of the blood of the sin offering against the side of the altar;(D) the rest of the blood must be drained out at the base of the altar.(E) It is a sin offering. 10 The priest shall then offer the other as a burnt offering in the prescribed way(F) and make atonement(G) for them for the sin they have committed, and they will be forgiven.(H)

8 And he shall bring them unto the priest, who shall offer that which is for the sin offering first, and wring off his head from his neck, but shall not divide it asunder:
9 And he shall sprinkle of the blood of the sin offering upon the side of the altar; and the rest of the blood shall be wrung out at the bottom of the altar: it is a sin offering.
10 And he shall offer the second for a burnt offering, according to the manner: and the priest shall make an atonement for him for his sin which he hath sinned, and it shall be forgiven him.
