產婦潔淨的條例
12 耶和華對摩西說： 2 「你把以下條例告訴以色列人。
「如果有婦人生了男嬰，她就要不潔淨七天，像在經期內不潔淨一樣。 3 第八天，嬰兒要接受割禮。 4 婦人因產後流血，要等三十三天才能潔淨。其間，不可接觸任何聖物，也不可進入聖所。 5 如果婦人生的是女嬰，她就要不潔淨十四天，像在經期內不潔淨一樣。她因產後流血，要等六十六天才能潔淨。 6 不論她生男生女，潔淨期滿後，都要預備一隻一歲的羊羔作燔祭、一隻雛鴿或斑鳩作贖罪祭，帶到會幕門口交給祭司。 7 祭司要在耶和華面前獻祭，為她贖罪，她就潔淨了。這是有關產婦的條例。 8 她若負擔不起一隻羊羔，可以帶兩隻斑鳩或雛鴿來，一隻作燔祭，一隻作贖罪祭。祭司為她贖罪後，她就潔淨了。」

Purification After Childbirth
12 The Lord said to Moses, 2 “Say to the Israelites: ‘A woman who becomes pregnant and gives birth to a son will be ceremonially unclean for seven days, just as she is unclean during her monthly period.(A) 3 On the eighth day(B) the boy is to be circumcised.(C) 4 Then the woman must wait thirty-three days to be purified from her bleeding. She must not touch anything sacred or go to the sanctuary until the days of her purification are over. 5 If she gives birth to a daughter, for two weeks the woman will be unclean, as during her period. Then she must wait sixty-six days to be purified from her bleeding.
6 “‘When the days of her purification for a son or daughter are over,(D) she is to bring to the priest at the entrance to the tent of meeting a year-old lamb(E) for a burnt offering and a young pigeon or a dove for a sin offering.[a](F) 7 He shall offer them before the Lord to make atonement for her, and then she will be ceremonially clean from her flow of blood.
“‘These are the regulations for the woman who gives birth to a boy or a girl. 8 But if she cannot afford a lamb, she is to bring two doves or two young pigeons,(G) one for a burnt offering and the other for a sin offering.(H) In this way the priest will make atonement for her, and she will be clean.(I)’”

Instructions for Women after Childbirth
12 Yahweh spoke to Moses, 2 “Tell the Israelites: When a woman gives birth to a boy, she will be unclean for seven days. This is the same number of days she is unclean for her monthly period. 3 The boy must be circumcised when he is eight days old. 4 Then she must stay at home for 33 days in order to be made clean from her bleeding. She must not touch anything holy or go into the holy place until the days needed to make her clean are over.
5 “When a woman gives birth to a girl, she will be unclean as in her monthly period. However, she will be unclean for two weeks. Then she must stay at home for 66 days in order to be made clean from her bleeding.
6 “When the days needed to make her clean are over, she must bring a one-year-old lamb for a burnt offering and a pigeon or a mourning dove as an offering for sin. She must bring them to the priest at the entrance to the tent of meeting. 7 The priest will offer them in Yahweh’s presence to make peace with the Lord for her. Then she will be clean from her flow of blood.
“These are the instructions for the woman who gives birth to a boy or a girl. 8 If she cannot afford a lamb, she must use two mourning doves or two pigeons. One will be the burnt offering and the other the offering for sin. So the priest will make peace with the Lord for her, and she will be clean.”

12 Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, 2 “Speak to the children of Israel, saying: ‘If a (B)woman has conceived, and borne a male child, then (C)she shall be [a]unclean seven days; (D)as in the days of her customary impurity she shall be unclean. 3 And on the (E)eighth day the flesh of his foreskin shall be circumcised. 4 She shall then continue in the blood of her purification thirty-three days. She shall not touch any [b]hallowed thing, nor come into the sanctuary until the days of her purification are fulfilled.
5 ‘But if she bears a female child, then she shall be unclean two weeks, as in her customary impurity, and she shall continue in the blood of her purification sixty-six days.
6 (F)‘When the days of her purification are fulfilled, whether for a son or a daughter, she shall bring to the priest a (G)lamb [c]of the first year as a burnt offering, and a young pigeon or a turtledove as a (H)sin offering, to the door of the tabernacle of meeting. 7 Then he shall offer it before the Lord, and make [d]atonement for her. And she shall be clean from the flow of her blood. This is the law for her who has borne a male or a female.
8 (I)‘And if she is not able to bring a lamb, then she may bring two turtledoves or two young pigeons—one as a burnt offering and the other as a sin offering. (J)So the priest shall make atonement for her, and she will be [e]clean.’ ”
