约雅敬背叛巴比伦
24 约雅敬在位的时候，巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒来攻打他，约雅敬就臣服他三年，后来却反悔，背叛他。 2 耶和华差派迦勒底的军队、亚兰的军队、摩押的军队和亚扪人的军队攻打他，他差他们攻击犹大，毁灭它，就像耶和华借着他的仆人众先知预言的话。 3 这事临到犹大完全是出于耶和华的命令，因着玛拿西的罪，就是他所行的一切，要把他们从自己面前赶走； 4 又因着他所流无辜人的血，他使耶路撒冷满了无辜人的血，耶和华决不赦免。
5 约雅敬其余的事迹和他所行的一切，不是都记在犹大列王的年代志上吗？ 6 约雅敬和他的祖先一同长眠，他的儿子约雅斤接续他作王。 7 埃及王不再从本国出征，因为巴比伦王占据了所有从前属于埃及王的领土，从埃及小河直到幼发拉底河。

8 约雅斤登基的时候是十八岁，他在耶路撒冷作王三个月；他母亲名叫尼护施他，是耶路撒冷人以利拿单的女儿。 9 他行耶和华看为恶的事，好象他的祖先一切所行的。

10 那时，巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒的臣仆来到耶路撒冷，城就被围困。 11 尼布甲尼撒的臣仆正在围城的时候，巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒亲自来到耶路撒冷。 12 犹大王约雅斤和他的母亲、众臣仆、众领袖，以及众太监，出城投降巴比伦王。巴比伦王于是捉住他。那时，是巴比伦王在位第八年。

13 他又从耶路撒冷把耶和华殿一切宝物和王宫的宝物取去，并且把以色列王所罗门在耶和华殿所做的一切金器都捣毁，就像耶和华所说的。 14 他又掳去耶路撒冷的众民、众领袖，以及英勇的战士共一万人，还有工匠、铁匠；除了国民中最贫穷的以外，没有剩下的。 15 他把约雅斤掳到巴比伦去，又把太后、后妃、太监和国中的要员都从耶路撒冷掳到巴比伦； 16 还有七千位战士，一千位工匠和铁匠，全都是能作战的勇士，巴比伦王把他们都掳到巴比伦去。

24 En los[a] días de Joacim subió Nabucodonosor, rey de Babilonia, y Joacim fue su siervo por tres años; después se levantó[b] y se rebeló contra él(A). 2 Y el Señor envió contra Joacim[c] bandas de caldeos(B), bandas de arameos(C), bandas de moabitas(D) y bandas de amonitas. Y las envió contra Judá para destruirla, conforme a la palabra que el Señor(E) había hablado por medio[d] de sus siervos los profetas. 3 Ciertamente por mandato[e] del Señor sucedió esto contra Judá(F) para quitarlos de su presencia, por los pecados de Manasés, por todo lo que había hecho(G), 4 y también por la sangre inocente que derramó, pues llenó a Jerusalén de sangre inocente(H), y el Señor no quiso perdonar. 5 Los demás hechos de Joacim y todo lo que hizo ¿no están escritos en el libro de las Crónicas de los reyes de Judá? 6 Y durmió Joacim con sus padres; y su hijo Joaquín reinó en su lugar(I). 7 Y el rey de Egipto no salió más de su tierra(J), porque el rey de Babilonia había tomado todo lo que pertenecía al rey de Egipto desde el torrente de Egipto hasta el río Eufrates(K).

18 Sedequías tenía veintiún años cuando comenzó a reinar, y reinó once años en Jerusalén. El nombre de su madre era Hamutal, hija de Jeremías, de Libna(Z). 19 E hizo lo malo ante los ojos del Señor, conforme a todo lo que había hecho Joacim(AA). 20 Por causa de la ira del Señor(AB) sucedió esto en Jerusalén y en Judea, hasta que los echó de su presencia. 24 During Jehoiakim’s reign, Nebuchadnezzar(A) king of Babylon invaded(B) the land, and Jehoiakim became his vassal for three years. But then he turned against Nebuchadnezzar and rebelled.(C) 2 The Lord sent Babylonian,[a](D) Aramean,(E) Moabite and Ammonite raiders(F) against him to destroy(G) Judah, in accordance with the word of the Lord proclaimed by his servants the prophets.(H) 3 Surely these things happened to Judah according to the Lord’s command,(I) in order to remove them from his presence(J) because of the sins of Manasseh(K) and all he had done, 4 including the shedding of innocent blood.(L) For he had filled Jerusalem with innocent blood, and the Lord was not willing to forgive.(M)
5 As for the other events of Jehoiakim’s reign,(N) and all he did, are they not written in the book of the annals of the kings of Judah? 6 Jehoiakim rested(O) with his ancestors. And Jehoiachin(P) his son succeeded him as king.
7 The king of Egypt(Q) did not march out from his own country again, because the king of Babylon(R) had taken all his territory, from the Wadi of Egypt to the Euphrates River.
Jehoiachin King of Judah(S)
8 Jehoiachin(T) was eighteen years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem three months. His mother’s name was Nehushta(U) daughter of Elnathan; she was from Jerusalem. 9 He did evil(V) in the eyes of the Lord, just as his father had done.
10 At that time the officers of Nebuchadnezzar(W) king of Babylon advanced on Jerusalem and laid siege to it, 11 and Nebuchadnezzar himself came up to the city while his officers were besieging it. 12 Jehoiachin king of Judah, his mother, his attendants, his nobles and his officials all surrendered(X) to him.
In the eighth year of the reign of the king of Babylon, he took Jehoiachin prisoner. 13 As the Lord had declared,(Y) Nebuchadnezzar removed the treasures(Z) from the temple of the Lord and from the royal palace, and cut up the gold articles(AA) that Solomon(AB) king of Israel had made for the temple of the Lord. 14 He carried all Jerusalem into exile:(AC) all the officers and fighting men,(AD) and all the skilled workers and artisans—a total of ten thousand. Only the poorest(AE) people of the land were left.
15 Nebuchadnezzar took Jehoiachin(AF) captive to Babylon. He also took from Jerusalem to Babylon the king’s mother,(AG) his wives, his officials and the prominent people(AH) of the land. 16 The king of Babylon also deported to Babylon the entire force of seven thousand fighting men, strong and fit for war, and a thousand skilled workers and artisans.(AI) 17 He made Mattaniah, Jehoiachin’s uncle, king in his place and changed his name to Zedekiah.(AJ)

18 Zedekiah(AL) was twenty-one years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem eleven years. His mother’s name was Hamutal(AM) daughter of Jeremiah; she was from Libnah. 19 He did evil(AN) in the eyes of the Lord, just as Jehoiakim had done. 20 It was because of the Lord’s anger that all this happened to Jerusalem and Judah, and in the end he thrust(AO) them from his presence.(AP)

Now Zedekiah rebelled against the king of Babylon.

2 And the Lord sent against him bands of the Chaldees, and bands of the Syrians, and bands of the Moabites, and bands of the children of Ammon, and sent them against Judah to destroy it, according to the word of the Lord, which he spake by his servants the prophets.
3 Surely at the commandment of the Lord came this upon Judah, to remove them out of his sight, for the sins of Manasseh, according to all that he did;
4 And also for the innocent blood that he shed: for he filled Jerusalem with innocent blood; which the Lord would not pardon.
5 Now the rest of the acts of Jehoiakim, and all that he did, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Judah?
6 So Jehoiakim slept with his fathers: and Jehoiachin his son reigned in his stead.
7 And the king of Egypt came not again any more out of his land: for the king of Babylon had taken from the river of Egypt unto the river Euphrates all that pertained to the king of Egypt.

13 And he carried out thence all the treasures of the house of the Lord, and the treasures of the king's house, and cut in pieces all the vessels of gold which Solomon king of Israel had made in the temple of the Lord, as the Lord had said.
14 And he carried away all Jerusalem, and all the princes, and all the mighty men of valour, even ten thousand captives, and all the craftsmen and smiths: none remained, save the poorest sort of the people of the land.
15 And he carried away Jehoiachin to Babylon, and the king's mother, and the king's wives, and his officers, and the mighty of the land, those carried he into captivity from Jerusalem to Babylon.
16 And all the men of might, even seven thousand, and craftsmen and smiths a thousand, all that were strong and apt for war, even them the king of Babylon brought captive to Babylon.
17 And the king of Babylon made Mattaniah his father's brother king in his stead, and changed his name to Zedekiah.
18 Zedekiah was twenty and one years old when he began to reign, and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Hamutal, the daughter of Jeremiah of Libnah.
19 And he did that which was evil in the sight of the Lord, according to all that Jehoiakim had done.
20 For through the anger of the Lord it came to pass in Jerusalem and Judah, until he had cast them out from his presence, that Zedekiah rebelled against the king of Babylon.
