2 只有摩西一人可以走近耶和华，他们却不可以亲近；人民也不可和摩西一同上来。” 3 摩西下来，把耶和华的一切话和一切典章都向人民讲述；人民都同声回答，说：“耶和华吩咐的一切话，我们都必遵行。” 4 摩西把耶和华的一切话都记下了；清早起来，在山下筑了一座祭坛，按着以色列十二支派立了十二根柱子。

2 but Moses alone is to approach(A) the Lord; the others must not come near. And the people may not come up with him.”
3 When Moses went and told the people all the Lord’s words and laws,(B) they responded with one voice, “Everything the Lord has said we will do.”(C) 4 Moses then wrote(D) down everything the Lord had said.
He got up early the next morning and built an altar(E) at the foot of the mountain and set up twelve stone pillars(F) representing the twelve tribes of Israel.
