12 耶和华对摩西说：“你上山到我这里来，留在这里，我要把写着律法和诫命的石版赐给你，你可以用来教导百姓。” 13 于是，摩西带着他的助手约书亚动身上了上帝的山。 14 离开之前，摩西吩咐长老说：“你们在这里等候我们回来。亚伦和户珥跟你们在一起，百姓当中有什么诉讼的事情，可以交给他们处理。”

12 The Lord said to Moses, “Come up to me on the mountain and stay here, and I will give you the tablets of stone(A) with the law and commandments I have written for their instruction.”
13 Then Moses set out with Joshua(B) his aide, and Moses went up on the mountain(C) of God. 14 He said to the elders, “Wait here for us until we come back to you. Aaron and Hur(D) are with you, and anyone involved in a dispute(E) can go to them.”
