29 就 是 禁 戒 祭 偶 像 的 物 和 血 ， 并 勒 死 的 牲 畜 和 奸 淫 。 这 几 件 你 们 若 能 自 己 禁 戒 不 犯 就 好 了 。 愿 你 们 平 安 ！

28 It seemed good to the Holy Spirit(A) and to us not to burden you with anything beyond the following requirements: 29 You are to abstain from food sacrificed to idols, from blood, from the meat of strangled animals and from sexual immorality.(B) You will do well to avoid these things.
