⁴⁰彼得叫她們都出去，自己跪下禱告，然後轉身對死者說：「戴碧達，起來！」她便睜開了眼睛，看見彼得，就坐了起來。 ⁴¹彼得伸手扶她起來後，叫那些在外面等候的門徒和寡婦進來，把活過來的多加交給他們。 ⁴²這事傳遍了整個約帕，許多人都信了主。

New King James Version

⁴⁰But Peter ^(A)put them all out, and ^(B)knelt down and prayed. And turning to the body he ^(C)said, “Tabitha, arise.” And she opened her eyes, and when she saw Peter she sat up. ⁴¹Then he gave her his hand and lifted her up; and when he had called the saints and widows, he presented her alive. ⁴²And it became known throughout all Joppa, ^(D)and many believed on the Lord.

⁴⁰Peter sent them all out of the room;^(A) then he got down on his knees^(B) and prayed. Turning toward the dead woman, he said, “Tabitha, get up.”^(C) She opened her eyes, and seeing Peter she sat up. ⁴¹He took her by the hand and helped her to her feet. Then he called for the believers, especially the widows, and presented her to them alive. ⁴²This became known all over Joppa, and many people believed in the Lord.^(D)
