19 阿波羅在哥林多的時候，保羅經過內陸地區，來到以弗所城，在那裡他遇見一些門徒， 2 問他們：「你們信的時候，是否領受了聖靈？」
他們告訴他：「其實我們也沒有聽說過是否有聖靈。」
3 保羅又問：「那麼，你們受的是什麼洗呢？」
他們說：「是約翰的洗禮。」

Paul in Ephesus
19 While Apollos(A) was at Corinth,(B) Paul took the road through the interior and arrived at Ephesus.(C) There he found some disciples 2 and asked them, “Did you receive the Holy Spirit(D) when[a] you believed?”
They answered, “No, we have not even heard that there is a Holy Spirit.”
3 So Paul asked, “Then what baptism did you receive?”
“John’s baptism,” they replied.
