保羅在哥林多傳道
18 這事之後，保羅離開雅典前往哥林多， 2 在那裡認識了一位在本都出生的猶太人亞居拉。由於克勞狄命令所有的猶太人離開羅馬，他最近和妻子百基拉從義大利來到哥林多。保羅拜訪了他們。 3 他們夫婦跟保羅是同行，都以製造帳篷為業，保羅就留下來和他們同住，一起做工。 4 保羅每個安息日都到會堂與猶太人和希臘人辯論，勸導他們信主。
5 西拉和提摩太從馬其頓來了之後，保羅就把全部時間都用來傳道，向猶太人證明耶穌是基督。 6 可是，猶太人反對、毀謗保羅。保羅便抖掉衣服上的灰塵，對他們說：「你們的罪都歸在你們自己頭上，與我無關！從今以後，我要去外族人那裡了。」 7 保羅就離開那裡，來到一位敬畏上帝、名叫提多·猶士都的人家裡，他家就在會堂隔壁。 8 會堂主管基利司布和他全家都信了主，許多哥林多人聽了道後，也信了主，受了洗。
9 一天晚上，主在異象中對保羅說：「不要怕，只管繼續傳講，不要停！ 10 因為我與你同在，沒有人能夠傷害你，在這城裡還有許多屬我的子民。」 11 保羅就在那裡住了一年半，傳授上帝的道。
12 迦流出任亞該亞總督時，猶太人聯合起來攻擊保羅，把他拉上法庭， 13 說：「這個人教唆百姓不按律法敬拜上帝。」
14 保羅剛要開口，迦流就對猶太人說：「你們這些猶太人！如果這事涉及什麼罪行冤情，我當然會處理。 15 但如果只是關於字句、名稱和你們猶太律法的爭論，你們自己去解決吧，我不受理！」 16 隨即把他們趕出了法庭。 17 到了庭外，眾人揪住會堂主管所提尼，把他痛打一頓。迦流卻置之不理。
保羅回到安提阿
18 保羅繼續在哥林多逗留了相當時日，才向弟兄姊妹道別。他和百基拉、亞居拉乘船前往敘利亞。保羅因為許過願，就在堅革哩剃了頭髮。 19 到了以弗所，保羅離開亞居拉夫婦，獨自進入會堂跟猶太人辯論。 20 眾人請保羅多留幾天，保羅婉言謝絕了。 21 他向眾人道別，說：「如果上帝許可，我會回來。」然後上船離開了以弗所。 22 他在凱撒利亞登岸後，先上耶路撒冷去問候教會，再下到安提阿。 23 他在安提阿逗留了一些日子，然後離開那裡，走遍加拉太和弗呂迦地區，到處堅固門徒的信心。
亞波羅放膽傳道

Paul in Corinth
18 After these events Paul left (A)Athens and went to (B)Corinth. 2 And he found a Jew named (C)Aquila, a native of (D)Pontus having recently come from (E)Italy with his wife (F)Priscilla, because (G)Claudius had commanded all the Jews to leave Rome. He came to them, 3 and because he was of the same trade he stayed with them, and (H)they worked together, for they were tent-makers by trade. 4 And Paul was reasoning (I)in the synagogue every (J)Sabbath and trying to persuade (K)Jews and Greeks.
5 But when (L)Silas and Timothy (M)came down from (N)Macedonia, Paul began devoting himself completely to the word, (O)testifying to the Jews that (P)Jesus was the [a]Christ. 6 But when they resisted and blasphemed, he (Q)shook out his garments and said to them, “Your (R)blood is [b]on your own heads! I am clean. From now on I will go (S)to the Gentiles.” 7 Then he left [c]the synagogue and went to the house of a man named [d]Titius Justus, (T)a worshiper of God, whose house was next door to the synagogue. 8 (U)Crispus, (V)the leader of the synagogue, believed in the Lord (W)together with his entire household; and many of the (X)Corinthians, as they listened to Paul, were believing and being baptized. 9 And the Lord said to Paul by (Y)a vision at night, “Do not be afraid any longer, but go on speaking and do not be silent; 10 for I am with you, and no one will attack you to harm you, for I have many people in this city.” 11 And he settled there for a year and six months, teaching the word of God among them.
12 But while Gallio was (Z)proconsul of (AA)Achaia, (AB)the Jews rose up together against Paul and brought him before (AC)the [e]judgment seat, 13 saying, “This man is inciting the people to worship God contrary to (AD)the [f]law.” 14 But when Paul was about to (AE)open his mouth, Gallio said to the Jews, “If it were a matter of some crime or vicious, unscrupulous act, O Jews, it would be reasonable for me to put up with you; 15 but if there are [g](AF)questions about [h]teaching and [i]persons and your own law, see to it yourselves; I am unwilling to be a judge of these matters.” 16 And he drove them away from (AG)the [j]judgment seat. 17 But they all took hold of (AH)Sosthenes, (AI)the leader of the synagogue, and began beating him in front of (AJ)the judgment seat. And yet Gallio was not concerned about any of these things.
18 Now Paul, when he had remained many days longer, (AK)took leave of (AL)the brothers and sisters and sailed away to (AM)Syria, and (AN)Priscilla and (AO)Aquila were with him. [k]Paul first (AP)had his hair cut at (AQ)Cenchrea, for he was keeping a vow. 19 They came to (AR)Ephesus, and he left them there. Now he himself entered (AS)the synagogue and reasoned with the Jews. 20 When they asked him to stay for a longer time, he did not consent, 21 but (AT)took leave of them and said, “I will return to you again (AU)if God wills,” and he set sail from (AV)Ephesus.
22 When he had landed in (AW)Caesarea, he went up to Jerusalem and greeted the church, and went down to (AX)Antioch.

23 And after spending some time there, he left and passed successively through the (AY)Galatian region and Phrygia, strengthening all the disciples.
24 Now a Jew named (AZ)Apollos, an (BA)Alexandrian by birth, [l]an eloquent man, came to (BB)Ephesus; and he was proficient in the Scriptures. 25 This man had been instructed in (BC)the way of the Lord; and being fervent in spirit, he was accurately speaking and teaching things about Jesus, being acquainted only with (BD)the baptism of John; 26 and [m]he began speaking boldly in the synagogue. But when (BE)Priscilla and Aquila heard him, they took him aside and explained (BF)the way of God more accurately to him. 27 And when he wanted to go across to (BG)Achaia, (BH)the brothers encouraged him and wrote to (BI)the disciples to welcome him; and when he had arrived, he greatly [n]helped those who had believed through grace, 28 for he powerfully refuted the Jews in public, demonstrating (BJ)by the Scriptures that (BK)Jesus was the [o]Christ.

18 Después de esto, Pablo se marchó de Atenas y se fue a Corinto. 2 Allí se encontró con un judío llamado Aquila, natural del Ponto, y con su esposa Priscila. Hacía poco habían llegado de Italia, porque Claudio había mandado que todos los judíos fueran expulsados de Roma. Pablo fue a verlos 3 y, como hacía tiendas de campaña al igual que ellos, se quedó para que trabajaran juntos. 4 Todos los sábados discutía en la sinagoga, tratando de persuadir a judíos y a no judíos.
5 Cuando Silas y Timoteo llegaron de Macedonia, Pablo se dedicó exclusivamente a la predicación, testificándoles a los judíos que Jesús era el Cristo. 6 Pero cuando los judíos se opusieron a Pablo y lo insultaron, este se sacudió la ropa en señal de protesta y dijo: «¡Caiga la sangre de ustedes sobre su propia cabeza! Estoy libre de responsabilidad. De ahora en adelante me dirigiré a los no judíos».
7 Entonces Pablo salió de la sinagoga y se fue a la casa de un tal Ticio Justo, que adoraba a Dios y que vivía al lado de la sinagoga. 8 Crispo, el jefe de la sinagoga, creyó en el Señor con toda su familia. También creyeron y fueron bautizados muchos de los corintios que oyeron a Pablo.
9 Una noche el Señor dijo a Pablo en una visión: «No tengas miedo; sigue hablando y no te calles, 10 pues estoy contigo. Aunque te ataquen, no voy a dejar que nadie te haga daño, porque tengo mucha gente en esta ciudad». 11 Así que Pablo se quedó allí un año y medio, enseñando entre el pueblo la palabra de Dios.
12 Mientras Galión era gobernador[a] de Acaya, los judíos a una atacaron a Pablo y lo llevaron al tribunal.
13 —Este hombre —denunciaron ellos—, anda persuadiendo a la gente de adorar a Dios de una manera que va en contra de la ley.
14 Pablo ya iba a hablar cuando Galión dijo:
—Si ustedes los judíos estuvieran entablando una demanda sobre algún delito o algún crimen grave, sería razonable que los escuchara. 15 Pero como se trata de cuestiones de palabras, de nombres y de sus propias leyes, arréglense entre ustedes. No quiero ser juez de tales cosas.
16 Así que mandó que los expulsaran del tribunal. 17 Entonces se abalanzaron todos sobre Sóstenes, el jefe de la sinagoga, y lo golpearon delante del tribunal. Pero Galión no le dio ninguna importancia al asunto.
Priscila, Aquila y Apolos
18 Pablo permaneció en Corinto algún tiempo más. Después se despidió de los hermanos y emprendió el viaje rumbo a Siria, acompañado de Priscila y Aquila. En Cencreas, antes de embarcarse, se hizo rapar la cabeza a causa de una promesa que había hecho. 19 Al llegar a Éfeso, Pablo se separó de sus acompañantes y entró en la sinagoga, donde se puso a discutir con los judíos. 20 Estos le pidieron que se quedara más tiempo con ellos. Él no accedió, 21 pero al despedirse les prometió: «Ya volveré, si Dios quiere». Y zarpó de Éfeso. 22 Cuando desembarcó en Cesarea, subió a Jerusalén a saludar a la iglesia y luego bajó a Antioquía.
23 Después de pasar algún tiempo allí, Pablo se fue a visitar una por una las congregaciones[b] de Galacia y Frigia, animando a todos los discípulos.
24 Por aquel entonces llegó a Éfeso un judío llamado Apolos, natural de Alejandría. Era un hombre ilustrado y poderoso en el uso de las Escrituras. 25 Había sido instruido en el camino del Señor, y con gran fervor[c] hablaba y enseñaba con la mayor exactitud acerca de Jesús, aunque conocía solo el bautismo de Juan. 26 Comenzó a hablar valientemente en la sinagoga. Al oírlo Priscila y Aquila, lo tomaron a su cargo y le explicaron con mayor precisión el camino de Dios.
27 Como Apolos quería pasar a Acaya, los hermanos lo animaron y escribieron a los discípulos de allá para que lo recibieran. Cuando llegó, ayudó mucho a quienes por la gracia habían creído, 28 pues refutaba vigorosamente en público a los judíos, demostrando por las Escrituras que Jesús es el Cristo.
