²⁹彼得和众使徒回答：“服从　神过于服从人，是应当的。 ³⁰你们挂在木头上亲手杀害的耶稣，我们祖先的　神已经使他复活了。 ³¹　神把他高举在自己的右边，作元首作救主，把悔改的心赐给了以色列人，使他们罪得赦免。

²⁹Peter and the other apostles replied: “We must obey God rather than human beings!^(A) ³⁰The God of our ancestors^(B) raised Jesus from the dead^(C)—whom you killed by hanging him on a cross.^(D) ³¹God exalted him to his own right hand^(E) as Prince and Savior^(F) that he might bring Israel to repentance and forgive their sins.^(G)
