23 Он приказал римскому офицеру содержать Паула под стражей, но предоставить ему некоторую свободу и разрешить его друзьям заботиться о его нуждах.
24 Спустя несколько дней Феликс пришёл со своей женой, иудеянкой по имени Друзилла, и послал за Паулом, чтобы послушать о его вере в Ису Масиха. 25 Паул говорил о праведности, воздержании и будущем Суде. Феликса это испугало, и он сказал:
– Довольно на сегодня! Ступай, но при случае я тебя позову.

23 He ordered the centurion to keep Paul under guard(A) but to give him some freedom(B) and permit his friends to take care of his needs.(C)
24 Several days later Felix came with his wife Drusilla, who was Jewish. He sent for Paul and listened to him as he spoke about faith in Christ Jesus.(D) 25 As Paul talked about righteousness, self-control(E) and the judgment(F) to come, Felix was afraid(G) and said, “That’s enough for now! You may leave. When I find it convenient, I will send for you.”
