21 于是彼得下去见那些人，说：“我就是你们要找的人，你们是为了什么缘故在这里？” 22 他们说：“百夫长哥尼流是个义人，敬畏 神，为犹太全民族所称赞。他蒙一位圣天使指示，叫他请你到他家里去，要听你讲话。” 23 彼得就请他们进去住宿。
次日，他起身和他们同去，还有约帕的几个弟兄跟他一起去。

22 他们说：“哥尼流百夫长是个又正直又敬畏上帝的人，连犹太人都称赞他。上帝的天使指示他请你到他家里去，好听你的指教。”
23 彼得就留他们住了一夜。第二天，彼得和他们以及几个约帕的弟兄一同出发了。

21 Peter went down and said to the men, “I’m the one you’re looking for. Why have you come?”
22 The men replied, “We have come from Cornelius the centurion. He is a righteous and God-fearing man,(A) who is respected by all the Jewish people. A holy angel told him to ask you to come to his house so that he could hear what you have to say.”(B) 23 Then Peter invited the men into the house to be his guests.

The next day Peter started out with them, and some of the believers(C) from Joppa went along.(D)
