14 以色列啊，你要归向耶和华你的神！你是因自己的罪孽跌倒了。 2 当归向耶和华，用言语祷告他说：“求你除净罪孽，悦纳善行，这样，我们就把嘴唇的祭代替牛犊献上。 3 我们不向亚述求救，不骑埃及的马，也不再对我们手所造的说‘你是我们的神’，因为孤儿在你耶和华那里得蒙怜悯。”

4 “我必医治他们背道的病，甘心爱他们，因为我的怒气向他们转消。 5 我必向以色列如甘露，他必如百合花开放，如黎巴嫩的树木扎根。 6 他的枝条必延长，他的荣华如橄榄树，他的香气如黎巴嫩的香柏树。 7 曾住在他荫下的必归回，发旺如五谷，开花如葡萄树，他的香气如黎巴嫩的酒。 8 以法莲必说：‘我与偶像还有什么关涉呢？’我耶和华回答他，也必顾念他。我如青翠的松树，你的果子从我而得。”
9 谁是智慧人，可以明白这些事；谁是通达人，可以知道这一切。因为耶和华的道是正直的，义人必在其中行走，罪人却在其上跌倒。

悔改带来祝福
14 以色列啊，
你被自己的罪恶绊倒了，
归向你的上帝耶和华吧！
2 你要归向耶和华，
向祂忏悔说：
“求你赦免我们的罪，
施恩悦纳我们，
好叫我们以赞美为祭献给你！
3 我们不再向亚述求救，
不再依靠战马，
也不再称自己所造的神像为我们的上帝。
耶和华啊，只有在你那里，
孤儿才能得到怜悯。”
4 耶和华说：
“我要医治他们的叛道，
心甘情愿地爱他们，
因为我的怒气已经转离他们。
5 我要像甘露一样滋润以色列，
使他绽放如百合花，
扎根如黎巴嫩的香柏树。
6 他要长出嫩枝，
他要像橄榄树一样荣美，
如黎巴嫩的香柏树一般芳香。
7 他要归回，住在我的荫下。
他要茂盛如五谷，
荣美如葡萄树，
声名远扬如黎巴嫩的美酒。
8 “以法莲啊，你要远离偶像。
我应允你的祷告，看顾你。
我像一棵青翠的松树，
你的果实都来自于我。”
9 让那些智者明白这一切，
让那些明哲了解这一切。
因为耶和华的道是正道，
义人要行走在上面，

2 你们预备好要说的话，归向耶和华，
对他说：“除去我们一切罪孽，
悦纳我们的祷告。
这样我们就把嘴唇的果子献上。
3 亚述不能救我们，
我们必不再骑马；
我们亲手所做的，
我们必不再称为‘我们的 神’；
因为在你那里，孤儿才得着怜悯。”

New Living Translation
Healing for the Repentant
14 [a]Return, O Israel, to the Lord your God,
for your sins have brought you down.
2 Bring your confessions, and return to the Lord.
Say to him,
“Forgive all our sins and graciously receive us,
so that we may offer you our praises.[b]
3 Assyria cannot save us,
nor can our warhorses.
Never again will we say to the idols we have made,
‘You are our gods.’
No, in you alone
do the orphans find mercy.”
4 The Lord says,
“Then I will heal you of your faithlessness;
my love will know no bounds,
for my anger will be gone forever.
5 I will be to Israel
like a refreshing dew from heaven.
Israel will blossom like the lily;
it will send roots deep into the soil
like the cedars in Lebanon.
6 Its branches will spread out like beautiful olive trees,
as fragrant as the cedars of Lebanon.
7 My people will again live under my shade.
They will flourish like grain and blossom like grapevines.
They will be as fragrant as the wines of Lebanon.
8 “O Israel,[c] stay away from idols!
I am the one who answers your prayers and cares for you.
I am like a tree that is always green;
all your fruit comes from me.”
9 Let those who are wise understand these things.
Let those with discernment listen carefully.
The paths of the Lord are true and right,
and righteous people live by walking in them.
But in those paths sinners stumble and fall.
