2 伯沙撒在歡飲之間，吩咐人將他父[a]尼布甲尼撒從耶路撒冷聖殿所擄掠的金銀器皿拿來，好使王與大臣、王后、妃嬪用這器皿飲酒。 3 於是他們把聖殿，就是耶路撒冷 神殿中所擄掠的金器皿拿來，王和大臣、王后、妃嬪就用這器皿飲酒。 4 他們飲酒，讚美金、銀、銅、鐵、木、石造的神明。

2 While Belshazzar was drinking(A) his wine, he gave orders to bring in the gold and silver goblets(B) that Nebuchadnezzar his father[a] had taken from the temple in Jerusalem, so that the king and his nobles, his wives and his concubines(C) might drink from them.(D) 3 So they brought in the gold goblets that had been taken from the temple of God in Jerusalem, and the king and his nobles, his wives and his concubines drank from them. 4 As they drank the wine, they praised the gods(E) of gold and silver, of bronze, iron, wood and stone.(F)
