6 不可放任你的口使肉体犯罪，也不可在使者[a]面前说是错许了。为何使 神因你的声音发怒，败坏你手所做的呢？
7 多梦多言，其中多有虚空，你只要敬畏 神。
人生是虚空的
8 你若在一个地区看见穷人受欺压，公义公平被掠夺，不要因此惊奇；有一位高过居高位的在鉴察，在他们之上还有更高的。

New International Version
6 Do not let your mouth lead you into sin. And do not protest to the temple messenger, “My vow was a mistake.” Why should God be angry at what you say and destroy the work of your hands? 7 Much dreaming and many words are meaningless. Therefore fear God.(A)
Riches Are Meaningless
8 If you see the poor oppressed(B) in a district, and justice and rights denied, do not be surprised at such things; for one official is eyed by a higher one, and over them both are others higher still.
