神必眷顾以色列人
43 但是，雅各啊！那创造你的耶和华，
以色列啊！那塑造你的主，现在这样说：
“不要惧怕，因为我救赎了你；
我按着你的名呼召了你；你是属我的。
2 你从水中经过的时候，我必与你同在；
你渡过江河的时候，水必不淹没你；
你从火中行走的时候，必不会烧伤；
火焰也不会在你身上烧起来。
3 因为我是耶和华你的 神，
是以色列的圣者，你的拯救者；
我使埃及作你的赎价，
使古实和示巴作你的替身。
4 因为你在我眼中非常宝贵和贵重，
所以我爱你；
我使别人作你的替身，同别的民族交换你的性命。
5 你不要惧怕，因为我与你同在；
我必把你的后裔从东方领回来，
又从西方招聚你。
6 我要对北方说：‘把他们交出来！’
又对南方说：‘不要拘留他们！’
要把我的众子从远方带回来，
把我的女儿从地极领回来，
7 就是所有按着我的名被召的人，
是我为自己的荣耀创造的，
是我所塑造，所作成的。”
8 你要把那些有眼却看不见，
有耳却听不到的人民领出来。
9 列国都聚集在一起，
万族都集合起来，
他们中间谁能说明这事呢？
谁能把先前的事说给我们听呢？
让他们带出自己的见证人来，好显明自己为义；
让别人听见了，就说：“这是真的。”
10 耶和华说：“你们就是我的见证人，
我所拣选的仆人，
为要使你们知道，并且相信我，
又明白我就是‘那位’；
在我以前没有神被造出来，
在我以后也必没有。
11 唯有我是耶和华；
除我以外，并没有拯救者。
12 我曾预告，我曾拯救，我曾说给你们听，
在你们中间没有别的神。”
耶和华说：“你们是我的见证人，
我就是 神。
13 自头一天以来，我就是‘那位’；
谁也不能救人脱离我的手；
我要行事，谁能拦阻呢？”
预言巴比伦毁灭
14 你们的救赎主、以色列的圣者、耶和华这样说：
“因为你们的缘故，我已经派人到巴比伦去，
我要使所有的迦勒底人都像难民一样下来，
都坐在他们素来自夸的船下来。
15 我就是耶和华，你们的圣者，
是以色列的创造主、你们的王。”
16 耶和华这样说：
他在海中开了一条道，
在大水中辟了一条路；
17 他使战车、马匹、
军兵和勇士都一同出来，
他们都躺下去，不能再起来；
他们都灭没，好象灯火熄灭一样。
18 “你们不要怀念先前的事，
也不要思念古时的事。
神作一件新事
19 “看哪！我要作一件新的事；
现在它要发生了，
难道你们还不知道吗？
我要在旷野开一条道路，
在荒地开挖江河。
20 野地的走兽必尊重我，
野狗和鸵鸟也必这样，
因为我使旷野有水，
使荒地有江河，
好使我拣选的子民有水喝，
21 就是我为自己所造的子民，
好使他们述说赞美我的话。
22 然而，雅各啊！你并没有呼求我。
以色列啊！你竟厌烦我。
23 作燔祭用的羊，你没有带来给我；
也没有用你的祭物来尊敬我；
我没有因献供物使你劳累；
也没有因献乳香使你厌烦。
24 你没有用银子为我买菖蒲，
也没有用祭物的脂肪使我饱足；
相反地，你用你的罪使我劳累，
你用你的罪孽使我厌烦。
神赦罪之恩
25 “唯有我为自己的缘故，涂抹你的过犯，
我也不再记念你的罪。
26 你可以提醒我，我们可以一起辩论；
你尽管细说案情，好使你自显为义。
27 你的祖先犯了罪，
你的代表背叛了我。
28 所以我要辱没圣所里的领袖，
使雅各遭受毁灭，使以色列被凌辱。”

43 雅各啊，以色列啊，创造你、使你成形的耶和华说：
“不要害怕，我已经救赎了你；
我点名呼召了你，你属于我。
2 你穿越洪涛，我必与你同在；
你渡过江河，必不会被水淹没；
你在火中走过，必不会被烧伤，
火焰不会烧到你身上。
3 因为我是你的上帝耶和华，
是以色列的圣者，是你的救主。
我用埃及作你的赎价，
使古实和西巴代替你。
4 我珍视你，看重你，深爱你，
所以我用他人代替你，
用列邦交换你的生命。
5 不要害怕，因为我与你同在，
我必从东方、从西方召集你和你的儿女。
6 我要对北方说，‘交出来！’
对南方说，‘不要扣留！’
要从远方把我的儿子们带来，
从地极把我的女儿们领回。
7 所有属于我的人都要回来，
他们是我为自己的荣耀而创造的。
8 “要把那些有眼看不见、
有耳听不见的人带出来。
9 让万国聚集，列邦会合。
他们的神明中谁曾启示这事？
谁曾预言所发生的事？
他们可以找证人来证实，
好叫听见的人都说这是真的。
10 耶和华说：
‘以色列人啊，你们是我的证人，
我拣选你们做我的仆人，
要叫你们认识我，相信我，
明白我是耶和华，
在我以前没有上帝，
在我以后也没有。
11 唯有我是耶和华，
除我以外没有别的救主。
12 我曾启示，我曾拯救，
我曾宣告。
你们中间没有别的神明。
我是上帝，你们是我的证人。’

13 ‘我从太初就是上帝。
无人能逃脱我的手。
谁能阻挠我行事呢？’”
14 你们的救赎主耶和华——以色列的圣者说：
“为了你们的缘故，
我必派大军进攻巴比伦，
使迦勒底人坐着他们引以为荣的船逃亡。
15 我是你们的圣者耶和华，
是以色列的创造主，
是你们的君王。”
16 耶和华曾在汹涌的大海中开辟道路。
17 祂使埃及的战车、马匹、军兵、
勇士倾巢而出，
一同倒下，不再起来，
像熄灭的灯火一样灭没。
18 耶和华说：
“不要想念过去，
不要留恋往事。
19 看啊，我要行一件新事，
这事现在就要发生，
难道你们没有察觉吗？
我要在旷野辟道路，
在沙漠开江河。
20 旷野的走兽必尊崇我，
其中有豺狼和鸵鸟，
因为我使旷野有甘泉，
使沙漠有江河，
供我拣选的子民饮用。
21 他们是我为自己所造的子民，
他们要颂扬我。
22 “雅各啊，你却没有求告我；
以色列啊，你竟然厌烦我。
23 你没有带来作燔祭的羊，
也没有用祭物来尊崇我。
我没有让你因祭物而受累，
也没有让你因香料而烦扰。
24 你并没有花钱买菖蒲献给我，
也没有用祭物的脂肪满足我，
反而使我因你的罪恶而受累，
因你的过犯而烦扰。
25 “我，是我为自己的缘故，
除去你的过犯，忘掉你的罪恶。
26 你可以提醒我，你我可以理论，
你可以提出理由证明自己的清白。
27 你的始祖犯了罪，
你的首领也背叛了我。
28 所以我要使你圣殿的祭司受辱，
使雅各遭毁灭，
使以色列被辱骂。

43 雅各啊，创造你的耶和华，以色列啊，造成你的那位，现在如此说：“你不要害怕，因为我救赎了你；我曾提你的名召你，你是属我的。 2 你从水中经过，我必与你同在；你趟过江河，水必不漫过你；你从火中行过，必不被烧，火焰也不着在你身上。 3 因为我是耶和华你的神，是以色列的圣者，你的救主。我已经使埃及做你的赎价，使古实和西巴代替你。 4 因我看你为宝为尊，又因我爱你，所以我使人代替你，使列邦人替换你的生命。 5 不要害怕，因我与你同在。我必领你的后裔从东方来，又从西方招聚你。 6 我要对北方说‘交出来！’，对南方说‘不要拘留！’，将我的众子从远方带来，将我的众女从地极领回， 7 就是凡称为我名下的人，是我为自己的荣耀创造的，是我所做成、所造做的。”
8 “你要将有眼而瞎、有耳而聋的民都带出来。 9 任凭万国聚集，任凭众民会合，其中谁能将此声明，并将先前的事说给我们听呢？他们可以带出见证来，自显为是，或者他们听见，便说这是真的。” 10 耶和华说：“你们是我的见证，我所拣选的仆人。既是这样，便可以知道，且信服我，又明白我就是耶和华，在我以前没有真[a]神，在我以后也必没有。 11 唯有我是耶和华，除我以外没有救主。 12 我曾指示，我曾拯救，我曾说明，并且在你们中间没有别神。”所以耶和华说：“你们是我的见证，我也是神。 13 自从有日子以来，我就是神。谁也不能救人脱离我手，我要行事，谁能阻止呢？”
预言巴比伦之倾覆
14 耶和华你们的救赎主，以色列的圣者如此说：“因你们的缘故，我已经打发人到巴比伦去，并且我要使迦勒底人如逃民，都坐自己喜乐的船下来。 15 我是耶和华你们的圣者，是创造以色列的，是你们的君王。” 16 耶和华在沧海中开道，在大水中开路， 17 使车辆、马匹、军兵、勇士都出来，一同躺下不再起来，他们灭没好像熄灭的灯火。 18 耶和华如此说：“你们不要记念从前的事，也不要思想古时的事。
将行新事以拯其民
19 “看哪，我要做一件新事，如今要发现，你们岂不知道吗？我必在旷野开道路，在沙漠开江河。 20 野地的走兽必尊重我，野狗和鸵鸟也必如此，因我使旷野有水，使沙漠有河，好赐给我的百姓、我的选民喝。 21 这百姓是我为自己所造的，好述说我的美德。
22 “雅各啊，你并没有求告我！以色列啊，你倒厌烦我！ 23 你没有将你的羊带来给我做燔祭，也没有用祭物尊敬我，我没有因供物使你服劳，也没有因乳香使你厌烦。 24 你没有用银子为我买菖蒲，也没有用祭物的脂油使我饱足，倒使我因你的罪恶服劳，使我因你的罪孽厌烦。
赦罪之恩
25 “唯有我，为自己的缘故，涂抹你的过犯，我也不记念你的罪恶。 26 你要提醒我，你我可以一同辩论；你可以将你的理陈明，自显为义。 27 你的始祖犯罪，你的师傅违背我。 28 所以我要辱没圣所的首领，使雅各成为咒诅，使以色列成为辱骂。

43 But now thus saith Hashem that created thee, O Ya’akov, And He that formed thee, O Yisroel, Fear not; for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy shem; thou art Mine.
2 When thou passest through the mayim, I will be with thee; and through the neharot, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the eish, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.
3 For I am Hashem Eloheicha, the Kadosh Yisroel, thy Moshi’a: I gave Mitzrayim for thy kofer (ransom), Kush and Seva in thy place.
4 Since thou wast precious in My sight, thou hast been honored, and I have loved thee: therefore will I give adam [see Isaiah 53:8] in exchange for thee, and people in exchange for thy nefesh.
5 Fear not; for I am with thee: I will bring thy zera from the mizrach (east), and gather thee from the ma’arav (west);
6 I will say to the tzafon (north), Give them up; and to the teiman (south), hold not back; bring My banim from afar, and My banot from the ketzeh ha’aretz;
7 Even every one that is called by My Shem, whom I have created for My kavod, whom I have formed and I have made.
8 Bring forth the Am Ivver that have eyes, and the chereshim that have oznayim.
9 Let kol HaGoyim be gathered together, and let the peoples be assembled; who among them can declare this, and show us rishonot (former things)? Let them bring forth their edim (witnesses), that they may be vindicated: or let them hear, and say, It is emes.
10 Ye are My edim (witnesses), saith Hashem. And Avdi whom I have chosen; so that ye may know and believe Me, and understand that Ani Hu (I am He); before Me there was no El formed, neither shall there be after Me.
11 I, even I, am Hashem; and apart from Me there is no Moshi’a.
12 I have declared, and have saved, and I have proclaimed, when there was no zar (foreign) [g-d] among you; therefore you [plural] are My edim (witnesses), saith Hashem, that I am El.
13 Yes, before the yom was, Ani Hu (I am He); and there is none that can deliver out of My Yad; I work, and who shall reverse it?
14 Thus saith Hashem, your Go’el, the Kadosh Yisroel; For your sake [see Isaiah 45:4] I have sent to Babylon, and I shall bring down the fugitives, all of them, even the Kasdim (Chaldeans), whose shout of joy is in the ships.
15 I am Hashem, your Kadosh, the Boreh Yisroel, your Melech.
16 Thus saith Hashem, which maketh a derech in the yam, and a path in the mayim azzim (mighty waters);
17 Which drew out the merkavah and sus, the army and warrior; they shall lie down together, they shall not rise; they are extinct, they are quenched like a wick.
18 Remember ye not the rishonot (former things) neither consider kadmoniyyot (the things of old).
19 Hineni, I am doing a chadashah (new thing); now titzmach (it shall spring forth; Tzemach); shall ye not perceive it? I will even make a derech in the midbar, and neharot in the desert.
20 The animal of the wild shall honor Me, the jackals and the ostriches; because I give mayim in the midbar, and neharot in the desert, to give drink to My People, My Bachir.
21 This people have I formed for Myself; they shall show forth My tehillah (praise).
22 But thou hast not called upon Me, O Ya’akov; but thou hast been weary of Me, O Yisroel.
23 Thou hast not brought Me the seh (lamb) of thy olot; neither hast thou honored Me with thy zevakhim. I have not caused thee to serve with a minchah, nor wearied thee with levonah (incense, frankincense).
24 Thou hast bought Me no fragrant calamus with kesef, neither hast thou filled Me with the chelev of thy zevakhim; but thou hast made Me to serve with thy chattot, thou hast wearied Me with thine avonot.
25 I, even I, am He that blotteth out thy peysha’im for Mine own sake, and will not remember thy chattot.
26 Put Me in remembrance; let us plead together at law; declare thou, lema’an (for the sake of) thou being declared righteous.
27 Avicha HaRishon hath sinned, and thy melitzim (mediators) have rebelled against Me.
28 Therefore I have profaned the Sarei Kodesh, (Holy Princes) and have given Ya’akov to cherem, and Yisroel to giddufim (revilings).
