拜偶像者遭诛灭
9 我听见祂高声呼喊说：“惩罚这城的人啊，拿起你们的兵器上前来吧！” 2 只见六个人从北门走来，手中都拿着可怕的兵器。其中有一人身穿细麻衣，腰间带着墨盒。他们进入殿里，站在铜祭坛旁边。
3 以色列上帝的荣耀原本在基路伯天使上，现在升到了殿门口。上帝把那身穿细麻衣、腰带墨盒的人召来， 4 对他说：“你去走遍耶路撒冷，在那些因城中可憎之事而叹息哀伤的人额上画个记号。” 5 我听见祂对其余的人说：“你们要跟随他走遍全城，毫不留情地杀戮， 6 将男女老幼全部杀尽，但你们不能伤害额上有记号的。你们要从圣所开始。”于是他们首先杀了殿前的众长老。 7 祂又对他们说：“要玷污这殿，把你们所杀的堆满整个院子。去吧！”他们便出去，在城中杀戮。 8 那时，只留下我一个人，我便俯伏在地上呼求：“唉，主耶和华啊！你向耶路撒冷倾倒你的烈怒，要灭绝以色列所有的余民吗？”
9 祂回答说：“以色列和犹大人罪大恶极，遍地是血腥，满城是冤屈，他们说，‘耶和华丢弃了这片土地，祂看不见我们。’ 10 因此，我必不顾惜他们，也不怜悯他们，我必照他们的所作所为报应他们。”
11 那个身穿细麻衣，腰带墨盒的人回来禀告说：“我已照你的吩咐做了。”

9 Puis il cria d'une voix forte à mes oreilles: Approchez, vous qui devez châtier la ville, chacun son instrument de destruction à la main!
2 Et voici, six hommes arrivèrent par le chemin de la porte supérieure du côté du septentrion, chacun son instrument de destruction à la main. Il y avait au milieu d'eux un homme vêtu de lin, et portant une écritoire à la ceinture. Ils vinrent se placer près de l'autel d'airain.
3 La gloire du Dieu d'Israël s'éleva du chérubin sur lequel elle était, et se dirigea vers le seuil de la maison; et il appela l'homme vêtu de lin, et portant une écritoire à la ceinture.
4 L'Éternel lui dit: Passe au milieu de la ville, au milieu de Jérusalem, et fais une marque sur le front des hommes qui soupirent et qui gémissent à cause de toutes les abominations qui s'y commettent.
5 Et, à mes oreilles, il dit aux autres: Passez après lui dans la ville, et frappez; que votre oeil soit sans pitié, et n'ayez point de miséricorde!
6 Tuez, détruisez les vieillards, les jeunes hommes, les vierges, les enfants et les femmes; mais n'approchez pas de quiconque aura sur lui la marque; et commencez par mon sanctuaire! Ils commencèrent par les anciens qui étaient devant la maison.
7 Il leur dit: Souillez la maison, et remplissez de morts les parvis!... Sortez!... Ils sortirent, et ils frappèrent dans la ville.
8 Comme ils frappaient, et que je restais encore, je tombai sur ma face, et je m'écriai: Ah! Seigneur Éternel, détruiras-tu tout ce qui reste d'Israël, en répandant ta fureur sur Jérusalem?
9 Il me répondit: L'iniquité de la maison d'Israël et de Juda est grande, excessive; le pays est rempli de meurtres, la ville est pleine d'injustice, car ils disent: L'Éternel a abandonné le pays, l'Éternel ne voit rien.
10 Moi aussi, je serai sans pitié, et je n'aurai point de miséricorde; je ferai retomber leurs oeuvres sur leur tête.
11 Et voici, l'homme vêtu de lin, et portant une écritoire à la ceinture, rendit cette réponse: J'ai fait ce que tu m'as ordonné.

9 我聽見祂高聲呼喊說：「懲罰這城的人啊，拿起你們的兵器上前來吧！」 2 只見六個人從北門走來，手中都拿著可怕的兵器。其中有一人身穿細麻衣，腰間帶著墨盒。他們進入殿裡，站在銅祭壇旁邊。

The Vision of Yahweh’s Wrath
9 Then He cried out in my hearing with a loud (A)voice saying, “Draw near, [a]O executioners of the city, each with his destroying weapon in his hand.” 2 And behold, six men were coming from the direction of the upper gate which faces north, each with his shattering weapon in his hand; and among them was (B)a certain man clothed in linen with a [b]scribe’s case at his loins. And they went in and stood beside the bronze altar.
3 Then the (C)glory of the God of Israel went up from the cherub on which it had been, to the threshold of the house of Yahweh. And He called to the man clothed in linen at whose loins was the [c]scribe’s case. 4 Yahweh said to him, “Go through the midst of the city, even through the midst of Jerusalem, and put a (D)mark on the foreheads of the men who (E)sigh and groan over all the abominations which are being done in its midst.” 5 But to the others He said in my hearing, “Go through the city after him and strike; do not let your eye have pity and do not spare. 6 (F)Kill to utter destruction old men, chosen men, virgins, little ones, and women, but do not (G)touch any man on whom is the mark; and you shall (H)start from My sanctuary.” So they started with the [d]elders who were before the house. 7 And He said to them, “(I)Defile the house and fill the courts with the slain. Go out!” Thus they went out and struck down the people in the city. 8 Now it happened as they were striking the people and I alone remained, that I (J)fell on my face and cried out and said, “(K)Alas, Lord Yahweh! Are You destroying the whole remnant of Israel [e]by pouring out Your wrath on Jerusalem?”
9 Then He said to me, “The iniquity of the house of Israel and Judah is very, very great, and the land is (L)filled with bloodshed, and the city is (M)full of perversion; for (N)they say, ‘Yahweh has forsaken the land, and Yahweh does not see!’ 10 But as for Me, (O)My eye will have no pity, nor will I spare, but (P)I will put their way upon their heads.”
11 Then behold, the man clothed in linen at whose loins was the scribe’s [f]case responded with a word, saying, “I have done just as You have commanded me.”
