锈锅的比喻
24 第九年十月十日，耶和华对我说： 2 “人子啊，今天是巴比伦王围攻耶路撒冷的日子，你要记下这日子。 3 你要向叛逆的以色列人说比喻，告诉他们，主耶和华这样说，
“‘把锅放在火上，
里面倒进水，
4 把羊腿、羊肩等上好的肉块放进锅里，
让锅里盛满精选的骨头。
5 要从羊群中选一头上好的羊，
把柴堆在锅下，
烧开锅煮里面的骨头。’”
6 主耶和华说：“这像锈锅一样充满血腥的城有祸了！要把肉从这锈迹斑斑的锅中一块块地取出来。 7 这城沾满血腥，任凭受害者的血流在光秃秃的磐石上，而不是流在地上用土掩盖。 8 我任凭这城把受害者的血洒在磐石上，不加掩盖，好激起我的烈怒，使她受报应。 9 所以主耶和华说，‘血腥的城啊，你有祸了！我要预备大堆木柴， 10 添在火上，燃起旺火，把肉煮烂，加入香料，烧焦骨头。 11 然后，把倒空的锅放在炭火上烧热，把铜烧红，好熔化它的杂质，除净锈垢， 12 却徒劳无功，因为锈垢太厚，就是用火也不能清除。 13 耶路撒冷啊，淫荡使你污秽不堪，我要洁净你，你却不愿被洁净。所以，除非我向你倾尽一切愤怒，否则你的污秽将不能清除。 14 我耶和华言出必行，决不宽容，也不留情，我必照你的所作所为来审判你。’这是主耶和华说的。”
15 耶和华对我说： 16 “人子啊，我要突然夺去你心爱的人，你不可悲伤，也不可流泪哭泣。 17 你要默然哀叹，不可为死人办丧事，仍要缠着头巾，穿着鞋，不可蒙着脸，也不可吃丧家吃的饭。” 18 早晨我把这事告诉百姓，晚上我的妻子便死了。次日早晨，我便遵照耶和华的吩咐行。
19 百姓问我：“你可以告诉我们，你这样做跟我们有什么关系吗？” 20 我告诉他们：“耶和华对我说， 21 ‘你告诉以色列人，我要使我的圣所，就是你们引以为傲、眼中所爱、心里所慕的受到亵渎。你们留下的儿女必死于刀下。 22 那时，你们将像我的仆人一样不蒙脸，不吃丧家吃的饭。 23 你们仍将裹着头巾，穿着鞋，不哭泣，也不悲伤。你们必因自己的罪恶而默然叹息，逐渐灭亡。 24 以西结做的事都是你们的预兆，你们也将做他做的。当这事发生时，你们就知道我是主耶和华了。’
25 “人子啊，有一天我要夺去他们所喜悦、所夸耀、眼中所爱、心里所慕的堡垒，也要夺去他们的儿女。 26 那日，幸存的人必来告诉你这个消息。 27 那时，你必开口向那人说话，不再沉默。你必成为他们的预兆，他们就知道我是耶和华。”

24 第九年十月十日，耶和華對我說： 2 「人子啊，今天是巴比倫王圍攻耶路撒冷的日子，你要記下這日子。 3 你要向叛逆的以色列人說比喻，告訴他們，主耶和華這樣說，
『把鍋放在火上，
裡面倒進水，
4 把羊腿、羊肩等上好的肉塊放進鍋裡，
讓鍋裡盛滿精選的骨頭。
5 要從羊群中選一頭上好的羊，
把柴堆在鍋下，
燒開鍋煮裡面的骨頭。』」
6 主耶和華說：「這像鏽鍋一樣充滿血腥的城有禍了！要把肉從這鏽跡斑斑的鍋中一塊塊地取出來。 7 這城沾滿血腥，任憑受害者的血流在光禿禿的磐石上，而不是流在地上用土掩蓋。 8 我任憑這城把受害者的血灑在磐石上，不加掩蓋，好激起我的烈怒，使她受報應。 9 所以主耶和華說，『血腥的城啊，你有禍了！我要預備大堆木柴， 10 添在火上，燃起旺火，把肉煮爛，加入香料，燒焦骨頭。 11 然後，把倒空的鍋放在炭火上燒熱，把銅燒紅，好熔化它的雜質，除淨鏽垢， 12 卻徒勞無功，因為鏽垢太厚，就是用火也不能清除。 13 耶路撒冷啊，淫蕩使你污穢不堪，我要潔淨你，你卻不願被潔淨。所以，除非我向你傾盡一切憤怒，否則你的污穢將不能清除。 14 我耶和華言出必行，決不寬容，也不留情，我必照你的所作所為來審判你。』這是主耶和華說的。」
15 耶和華對我說： 16 「人子啊，我要突然奪去你心愛的人，你不可悲傷，也不可流淚哭泣。 17 你要默然哀歎，不可為死人辦喪事，仍要纏著頭巾，穿著鞋，不可蒙著臉，也不可吃喪家吃的飯。」 18 早晨我把這事告訴百姓，晚上我的妻子便死了。次日早晨，我便遵照耶和華的吩咐行。

24 第九年十月十日，耶和華的話又臨到我說： 2 “人子啊！你要記下今天的日子，正正是今天，因為巴比倫王就是在這一天圍困耶路撒冷。 3 你要向這叛逆的民族設比喻，對他們說：‘主耶和華這樣說：
把鍋放在火上，放好了，就把水倒在鍋裡；
4 把肉塊，就是所有肥美的肉塊，
腿肉和肩肉，都放進鍋裡；
用上好的骨頭把鍋裝滿。
5 要選用羊群中最好的，
把柴堆放在鍋底下，
使鍋沸騰，
把骨頭煮在鍋中。
預言耶路撒冷必遭毀滅
6 “‘因此，主耶和華這樣說：
流人血的城，
就是長鏽的鍋，有禍了！
它的鏽未曾除掉，
要把鍋裡的東西一塊一塊取出來，
不必為它們抽籤。
7 因為她所流的血還在城中；
她把血潑在光滑的磐石上，
不是倒在地上，
被塵土掩蓋。
8 我為了發烈怒，好施行報應，
就把她的血倒在光滑的磐石上，
以致不得掩蓋。
9 因此，主耶和華這樣說：
流人血的城，有禍了！
我也必把柴堆加大。
10 你要多加柴枝，點上火，
混和香料，
把肉煮爛，
使骨頭燒焦；
11 然後把空鍋放在炭火上，
使鍋燒熱，
使銅燒紅，
使其中的污穢熔化，
使它的鏽得以除淨。
12 這鍋真叫人疲累！
它厚厚的鏽總沒法除掉，
就是用火也不能除掉。
13 你的污穢就是淫蕩。我想要潔淨你，你卻不願意潔淨，所以你的污穢再不能得到潔淨，直等到我向你發的烈怒止息。 14 我耶和華已經說了。時候到了，我必成就；我必不退縮，必不顧惜，也不改變心意；我必照著你的所作所為審判你。這是主耶和華的宣告。’”
妻死勿哀的比喻
15 耶和華的話又臨到我說： 16 “人子啊！我要打擊你，把你眼中所喜愛的奪去，你卻不可悲哀，不可哭泣，也不可流淚。 17 只可靜默地歎息，不可為死人哀悼；你的頭上仍要纏著頭巾，腳上仍要穿著鞋子；你不可蒙著臉，也不可吃為喪家預備的食物。” 18 於是我在早上對眾人說了這事，晚上我的妻子就死了；次日早晨我就照著所吩咐我的行了。 19 眾人問我：“你不告訴我們你這樣行與我們有甚麼關係嗎？” 20 我回答他們：“耶和華的話臨到我說： 21 ‘你要告訴以色列家，主耶和華這樣說：看哪！我必使我的聖所被褻瀆，這聖所就是你們所誇耀的勢力，眼所喜愛的，心中所愛惜的。你們遺下的兒女，都必倒在刀下。 22 那時你們要照著我所行的去行；你們不可蒙著臉，也不可吃為喪家預備的食物。 23 你們的頭上仍要纏著頭巾，腳上仍要穿著鞋子；你們不可悲哀，不可哭泣；但你們必因自己的罪孽相對歎息，衰弱而死。 24 以西結必成為你們的一個兆頭；凡他所行的，將來你們也要照樣行。這事來到，你們就知道我是主耶和華。’
25 “人子啊！我從他們中間奪去他們的堡壘、他們所喜歡的榮耀、他們眼所喜愛的、心所崇尚的和他們的兒女的時候， 26 豈沒有逃脫的人來到你那裡，使你聽見這事嗎？ 27 那時，你要向逃脫的人開口說話，不再作啞巴。你必成為他們的一個兆頭。他們就知道我是耶和華。”

The Siege of Jerusalem
24 (A)In the ninth year, in the tenth month, on the tenth day of the month, the word of the Lord came to me: 2 (B)“Son of man, write down the name of this day, this very day. The king of Babylon has laid siege to Jerusalem this very day. 3 And (C)utter a parable to (D)the rebellious house and say to them, Thus says the Lord God:
“Set on (E)the pot, set it on;
pour in water also;
4 put in it the pieces of meat,
all the good pieces, (F)the thigh and the shoulder;
fill it with choice bones.
5 Take the choicest one of the flock;
pile the logs[a] under it;
boil it well;
seethe also its bones in it.
6 “Therefore thus says the Lord God: (G)Woe to the bloody city, to (H)the pot whose corrosion is in it, and whose corrosion has not gone out of it! Take out of it piece after piece, without making any choice.[b] 7 For the blood she has shed is in her midst; she put it on (I)the bare rock; (J)she did not pour it out on the ground to cover it with dust. 8 To rouse my wrath, to take vengeance, I have set on the bare rock the blood she has shed, that it may not be covered. 9 Therefore thus says the Lord God: Woe to the bloody city! (K)I also will make the pile great. 10 Heap on the logs, kindle the fire, boil the meat well, mix in the spices,[c] and let the bones be burned up. 11 Then set it empty upon the coals, that it may become hot, and its copper may burn, (L)that its uncleanness may be melted in it, its corrosion consumed. 12 (M)She has wearied herself with toil;[d] its abundant corrosion does not go out of it. Into the fire with its corrosion! 13 On account of your unclean lewdness, because I would have cleansed you and you were not cleansed from your uncleanness, (N)you shall not be cleansed anymore till (O)I have satisfied my fury upon you. 14 (P)I am the Lord. I have spoken; it shall come to pass; I will do it. I will not go back; (Q)I will not spare; (R)I will not relent; (S)according to your ways and your deeds you will be judged, declares the Lord God.”
Ezekiel's Wife Dies
15 The word of the Lord came to me: 16 (T)“Son of man, behold, I am about to take the delight of your eyes away from you at a stroke; yet you shall not mourn or weep, nor shall your tears run down. 17 Sigh, but not aloud; make no mourning for the dead. (U)Bind on your turban, and (V)put your shoes on your feet; do not cover your lips, (W)nor eat the bread of men.” 18 So I spoke to the people in the morning, and (X)at evening my wife died. And on the next morning I did (Y)as I was commanded.
19 And (Z)the people said to me, “Will you not tell us what these things mean for us, that you are acting thus?” 20 Then I said to them, “The word of the Lord came to me: 21 ‘Say to the house of Israel, Thus says the Lord God: (AA)Behold, I will profane my sanctuary, the pride of your power, the delight of your eyes, and the yearning of your soul, and (AB)your sons and your daughters whom you left behind shall fall by the sword. 22 And (AC)you shall do as I have done; (AD)you shall not cover your lips, (AE)nor eat the bread of men. 23 (AF)Your turbans shall be on your heads and your shoes on your feet; you shall not mourn or weep, but (AG)you shall rot away in your iniquities and groan to one another. 24 Thus shall Ezekiel be to you (AH)a sign; (AI)according to all that he has done you shall do. When this comes, then (AJ)you will know that I am the Lord God.’
25 “As for you, (AK)son of man, surely on the day when I take from them (AL)their stronghold, their joy and glory, the delight of their eyes and their soul's desire, and also their sons and daughters, 26 (AM)on that day a fugitive will come to you to report to you the news. 27 On that day your mouth (AN)will be opened to the fugitive, and you shall speak and be no longer mute. (AO)So you will be a sign to them, and (AP)they will know that I am the Lord.”
