9 雖然我們是奴隸，但在奴役中，我們的 神仍然沒有撇棄我們，反而使我們在波斯列王面前得蒙恩惠，使我們復興，建立我們 神的殿，重修毀壞的地方，使我們在猶大和耶路撒冷有牆垣。 10 我們的 神啊，現在，我們還可以說甚麼呢？只能說：我們又離棄了你的誡命， 11 就是你曾藉著你的僕人眾先知所吩咐的。你說：你們進去要得為業之地是污穢的，充滿了當地民族的污穢，他們可憎的事使這地從這邊到那邊都充滿了他們的不潔。

10 “如今，我们的上帝啊，事已至此，我们还能说什么呢？因为我们背弃了你的诫命， 11 就是你借着你的仆人——众先知给我们的吩咐，‘你们将要占领的那片土地被当地人的污秽玷污，他们的可憎行径使那里充满污秽。

New International Version
9 Though we are slaves,(A) our God has not forsaken us in our bondage. He has shown us kindness(B) in the sight of the kings of Persia: He has granted us new life to rebuild the house of our God and repair its ruins,(C) and he has given us a wall of protection in Judah and Jerusalem.
10 “But now, our God, what can we say after this? For we have forsaken the commands(D) 11 you gave through your servants the prophets when you said: ‘The land you are entering(E) to possess is a land polluted(F) by the corruption of its peoples. By their detestable practices(G) they have filled it with their impurity from one end to the other.
